    Ordered sofa cover online. One package arrived first and it was just a flat bound piece of fabric. No arm or back covers as in photos and online descriptions. I complained to their support email. Received no email reply but another package arrived with more fabric but it still wasn’t the cover I had bought. I want to return this but they don’t reply to my email even tho website says free returns if dissatisfied. I also don’t know the address to send return to since each package has different shipping address.

    I ordered their product on 9/29/24 for a total cost of $84.77. Per their web site there is a 30 day return policy which I am well within this time frame. I have sent multiple emails requesting the address to activate the return and the response (that comes days later) is only a discounted offer to keep the items. The product is of very poor quality and look nothing like advertised. I do not want their junk and I have requested a FULL refund numerous times. I have a copy of all emails.

    Product was returned per their instructions. I was to provide a tracking number and a photo, which I did. The original packaging contained a silly dog toy which I did not order. The company is telling me it wasn’t returned with the product. I didn't order nor want the silly toy and dont know why they sent this “gift”. This lousy company is now holding my return random because the toys wasn’t returned along with the product. Another delay tackic.

    My order of a pet car seat was confirmed on 9/29/24. The confirmation email was sent by the company which stated that my purchase "will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days".
    It is 10/11/24 and I have not heard from this company nor has the item been shipped.

    I purchased a dog bed from the company and it arrived 3 weeks late, and was broken--the item was purchased on Sept 1 and and received the 19 of sept. The zipper was broken and there were defects on the product I paid 149$ for this item and have attempted to contact the company for 2 weeks about this issue, there is no phone # for them and no one has responded to my polite requests. I would like to report them.

    On September 24, I ordered could covers from Fuzzy Funny. They arrived on Wednesday Oct 2. I immediately was not satisfied, so I contacted the company via email which is stated is the process on their website. Their website states that they will respond within 24 hours to an email, but I have yet to receive any emails back even though I have tried to contact them four times now. they have no phone number to reach them by and they will not respond via email so I’m concerned that I will not be able to return this product even though the website states that you can return. I have started a dispute with my credit card company, which is discover. but I wish to warn other consumers about this company.

    I purchased a dog bed after seeing an ad on *********. I paid but didn't see a confirmation, so I reached out to get a confirmation. I got a longform AI email back that did not address my issue. I just wanted to check status. They do not answer emails. No answer on DM. Just a ton of promotional emails in my email box and $148 gone. Their ********* comments are full of complaints. This is my fault. I should have checked first. I'd like my refund and I thing ********* and ******** should avoid letting companies like this advertise.

    I ordered a dog bed and extra bed cover from FunnyFuzzy on August 19th and did not receive the bed until August 28th. Upon receipt, we opened the bed and were vastly disappointed as the pictures online made the bed appear much bigger than it actually is in person. After the realization that the bed was too small for our dog, I followed the instructions provided on how to initiate a return starting on September 4th. Since then, and as you can see in the attached e-mail chain, I have been given the run around and not provided information on how to move forward with the return, even after providing them with the requested picture of the bed. It seems like this company is going out of its way to delay responses and has ignored several requests for providing return information.

    I bought covers on August 19th, 2024 from FunnyFuzzy.com and I did not get them until September 4th, 2024. The covers have quality issues: smell like strong chemicals, poor stitching and the corners don't lay flat.

    My order number is FF296340S and I spent $124.63 on four pieces. I have tried to email them about a return as their website says I can have a free return within 30 days. I have emailed, ******** messaged, ********* messaged and tried to find any phone number to contact the company. I am running out of options of trying to initiate the return. It says you have to email [email protected] for returns.

    Good afternoon,

    I placed an order from FunnyFuzzy on 8/8/24 for $134.39 for two dogbeds/couch covers. They arrived at the end of August in two separate deliveries. I was not happy with the quality and the one that I did open has a rip in the bottom.(picture attached) I decided to not open the second package and send them back and didn't open the second package. Their website states that you must contact their customer service to start a return as well as to be provided with the return address- that is the only way to obtain the address to return. Further, it states that it must be done within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. I then emailed to obtain a prepaid return label as well as the address to expedite my return on 8/30/24 (email attached) and I did not receive a reply until 9/5/24- almost a week later and getting to the end of their strict dated return window. In addition, their reply did not give me the needed prepaid return label (only fair since the merchandise was faulty and I was not happy with the quality- stated on their policy that they do provide return labels for quality issues) I quickly replied with the needed information along with a reminder that the date was approaching and waiting another week for a response is not acceptable. The never replied to me. I would like this matter resolved and a refund please. Thank you
