We had purchased these couch covers from FunnyFuzzy company on 4/4/24 based on the online reviews & product videos from their website. We got worried when they were getting shipped from China but the company was based in the US (other deception). We received them a month later when company had arrived & when we put them on the couch, they did not stay in place as advertised. I contacted the company & they told me that there was only a 15 day window for return. Because it took a month to receive the items, we were way past the return period. They originally offered a 20% refund on 5/31/24 & when I told them that was unacceptable, they said they would get back to me within 72 hours. 17 Days later, I emailed them again & they returned with a 35% refund but that was all they are willing to do.

We purchased couch covers from Funny Fuzzy on May 1st. We received confirmation of order and tracking. Never got any kind of delivery date. We last got an update on May 7th, saying it had gone through customs in Los Angeles (which through us off because we thought it was coming from New York but nope, China. That was the end of it. No new update from USPS or Funny Fuzzy. I have emailed Funny Fuzzy several times and each time I get “sorry for the inconvenience, we will look into this and get back to you. Each week nothing but the same response. Copy and paste responses. Each time saying it will take about a
week. Then they said they escalated it with USPS. No response. I asked well, what was USPS’s response and they couldn’t give me an answer. I Emailed again, they said they will escalate it. I said, well I thought you already had. No response. It is now the 24th, still no update when I check tracking. No movement. And now they aren’t responding to my emails. So I have gotten ahold of PayPal, to get my money back. They have to do their part and allow Funny Fuzzy to respond. At this point, I don’t want my couch covers, just my money back. I purchased a set of couch covers on May 3, 2024 for $275.55. When they arrived, I tried them on the couch. While the quality of the product is very good, they did not fit my couch properly. I emailed them for return instructions. We went back and forth for quite a bit; they would not give me return instructions without images of all the pieces. I finally sent one picture with all of the pieces ordered in their original packaging. They emailed with an offer to refund me 18% of the purchase cost. My issue is that their return policy is not clearly stated on their website (i.e., that they do not issue full refunds for returns within the time period of 14 days (I initially contacted them within the 14-day period). Their return policy, as stated on the website, is as follows:
"If you would like to return your order for any quality issues, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.

On March 23, 2024, I placed an order from FunnyFuzzy.com for the Ultrasoft Teddy Fleece Warm - Non Slip Couch Cover. About two weeks later product was received, shipped directly from China and packaged in several garbage bags and wrapped in tape.
Once opened the product was smelly and of a very low quality. After I installed the cover, next day I noticed that my small child started having allergic reaction to the product, which was anything but "soft", so I immediately took it off, packaged it back and contacted the merchant to have it returned.
The merchant first offered 20% discount saying that it will take a very long time to receive the refund, and when I show no interest in the discount, the merchant refused to provide the shipping label and after going back and forth for over a week, still refused to provide shipping label.
Stay away from FunnyFuzzy.com, I noticed another terrible review on BBB and i am surprised that they are allowed to do business in US. Currently, the transaction is being disputed with the credit card company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dog bed for my dog that was supposed to be 6ft. The bed came and is 36” long. I attempted to contact FunnyFuzzy and discovered I had no packing slip, no phone number so I found a customer service mail and have sent at least 5 emails with no resolve. I have only been told I am rude. I want my money back and FF has made no attempt to give me a credit. They keep asking for an order which I do not have. I have provide all info to them that I have. Received this dog bed in the mail and it looks nothing like the photos and in fact seems to be used. There is no bottom to it, the stuffing is limp in the “pillow” and the surrounding circle. Seriously poor quality I want to return and get my refund but it’s like they won’t let me.
Their policy states 14 days to return for refund but they are not cooperating. They offered me 20% refund, what is that?
Their customer service is overseas and totally unhelpful it’s like they don’t want it returned so the will not give me a return address or even a phone number to call to resolve it.
This place needs to be shut down if they cannot take care of customers and resolve quality issues. Unfortunately I only read the reviews on their website they have thousands of poor reviews on trust pilot and lots on BBB too. Same story over and over.Initial Complaint

I bought a $85 dog car seat with this company in December.
They sent me a damaged one. I asked for an exchange for a month they said no so I asked to return the item.
The company refused to send me a label and asked me to pay $70
To mail a damaged item they sent me back.
Now they’re offering an exchange and it’s April. I have asked about 15 times to speak to a manager and they never connect me to one. They just continue to offer an exchange or a discount on future items. I DONT WANT ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS TERRIBLE

I ordered a pet sofa from this company. The product came horribly packaged, was made of shoddy material and came with a defective zipper. The return policy states that any item is eligible for a return as long as the consumer contacts the company within 14 days. I reached out to the company to initiate a return. Their office responded (after picture confirmation) that they would send a new zipper to replace the defective one (which means that I would have to pay additional money to have a tailor sew it on!!!). I told them that I was very unhappy with the quality of the product and wanted a return which I was eligible for based on their return protocol.
I never heard back from them. They are unethical and prey on naive consumers.
