I purchased this product for my dogs and it arrived with several missing pieces. I contacted the Company to try and replace the pieces and they promised to ship. But now they have removed my email so I have no way of contacting this Company and now I am stuck with this product which is too late to return. The Company has no phone services and rejects any messages sent from me. There is something very suspicious with this Company they way the are conducting business.Initial Complaint

I purchased a dog bed from this company. Upon receiving the dog bed, I was not happy with quality of material but decided to keep the bed anyways. While I was trying to assemble the bed, the zipper would not stay latched. I reached out to the companies customer service department seeking to return the bed for a refund. I made this clear and the company responded asking me to send pictures of proof that the zipper would not work. I sent the photo evidence and they acknowledged it was defective. They responded letting me know they could send me a replacement, I replied that I would just like to return the bed and receive a refund. From there we exchanged a handful of emails where they offered me small discounts and a replacement. To each email I responded I just wanted to return the item and be done. The final email from them, they decided the zipper could work If I just tried again. They now have stopped responding to my emails entirely and I am still unable to return this dog bed.Initial Complaint

Ordered a 2 seat and a 3 seat Simple Striped Chenille Anti-scratch Couch Covers on 01 December 2023. The products were delivered on 11 December 2023. Do not want/like the item. The website states that a refund will be available within 14 days. Have been trying to obtain the refund since 19 December 2023. The response was first that they wanted a photo of the packing label, which I sent. Next (20 December), it was: "We would like to offer you first three choices to make amends: a 15% discount on your next purchase, a $15 refund if you decide to keep the item, or the option to exchange for the same item or another item. Please let us know your preference, and we will promptly address your request." If they count 14 days as calendar days, this company will push me out of the 14 day refund window.Initial Complaint

I ordered a fluffy dog bed and when I finally received it, it was NOT as depicted based on the photos online. The bed was flimsy, missing stuffing, not holding up to its shape, making it quite dangerous to use as a car bed. I emailed the company and they apologized and said they will refund me. Then they refund me $12, when I paid $80. Then they said to ship the item back to them, using my own money, even though they are at fault for shipping a paying customer a faulty product. Because the bed has fluffed up, I had to use a big box to ship the item back and the post office quoted $72 to ship the item back. I did not pay the shipping cost and emailed the company again. The company told me that there is nothing they can do. This is such a scam. They take your money, send you something different, then they make it damn near impossible to return the item back for a refund. This is such a scam. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a rather large order from FunnyFuzzy. This order was dog supplies mostly couch covers for the couch. I ended ordering more items that I needed. I wanted to return three of 8 items I ordered. The company does not have a clear return policy. They ask you to email them if you want to return something within their 14 day return period. After four emails they finally wrote back saying it was outside the return period. I had emailed them 3 times during the return period. Then they stated they wanted pictures of what I wanted to return. Why do they need pictures? I sent them pictures. Since I sent the pictures they are now not returning emails. At this point it has been over a month and I can't get them to provide me with what I need to return the items and get a refund. After reading the other complaints on this website it is clear that this is a common practice for them and many people seem to not get refunds even after they have returned the merchandise. My opinion after this is that they have no intention of refunding my money. I will not order from this company again.Initial Complaint

I ordered a set of couch covers from Funny Fuzzy. The couch covers did not match my needs, so I looked to return them, since they had a 14 day return policy. At first the company responded to my email asking for photos of the packages, which I sent to them. I asked what the next steps in the return process were and...silence. I have followed up several times, including sending a complete separate return inquiry. I have heard nothing, and I now believe that I will not be refunded, which really sucks because these couch covers weren't cheap. I wouldn't have ordered from the company if I'd known I'd be unable to return the product if it wasn't what I needed.
