    Received damaged item ordered and dissatisfied with the overall quality of product. NOT as advertised.
    I wrote to them on 10/6/23 and advised them so.
    They wrote back on 10/9/23 asking for pics.
    I sent pics to them on 10/14/23 as I was out of town.
    They replied on 10/16/23 and asked that I sent the item back to an address in Duluth, GA. I asked for a return label and they asked if I could please send and they would reimburse me as well. The mailing cost was $17.75, I emailed them a copy of the receipt.
    The item was sent out 10/21/23.
    According to tracking info, item was received by them on 10/23/23 but they never contacted me to say it was received or what the next steps were.
    I contacted them again on 10/27/23 to ask when to expect refund.
    They replied 10/30/23 and said it would be refunded that week.
    On 11/10/23 I contacted them again as they never refunded me and I have not heard from them as of today.
    I returned their poor excuse of merchandise and paid to ship it back, I want my money! These people are l liars and are ripping people off. Please help me stop their poor business practices.

    October 14, 2023 made online purchase of 2 couch covers for $339.63
    October 25, 2023 Order #********* was delivered
    October 26, 2023 I emailed the company to initiate the return process per the instructions provided by the company with an explanation as to the reason for wishing to return the items.
    October 27, 2023 Funny Fuzzy replied to my email with suggestions as to how to make the product perform better. They did not include any instructions on how to make a return.
    October 27, 2023 I replied to the above email stating again the reasons for wishing to return their product. Funny Fuzzy never responded and I am stuck with an unwanted product.

    I ordered a dog bed from Fun Fuzzy.com. The bed came and half of the pillows were ripped or missing, the zipper didn't work to open to put the pillows inside. It a piece of garbage being sold for $132. I have been in touch with them 3x and they are making it impossible. they will NOT refund me for the garbage I bought- it was a total scam, and they need to be taken off of the internet.

    I purchased this item on 11/1/2023. It was delivered on 11/12/2023 after several shipping delays. Upon receiving the product I found that it did not fit my couch and did not stay put without moving as described. I searched for info on how to return and I was instructed to email customer service. Returns are only accepted within 14 days. I have yet to receive any information on where to send the item for a refund. I would simply like my money refunded and I will be happy to send the unused product back.

    10/12/23: Ordered 1 Linen Green couch cover 35.4” x 47.2” order #********* Tracking #***************** 10/19/23 company asked for shipping address confirmation and I provided my PO address again. 10/24/23 I emailed [email protected] that **** sent me a text message that my package was undeliverable and I had to pay 30cents to have it redelivered. I personally went to the **** website and entered the tracking # and their sight stated I had to pay 30cents; I attempted and would not take my info from two different cards: turns out it was fraudulent and someone in a foreign country then tried using my cards and I am in the process of having the cards replaced. I also provided same info in a chat and no response. In the chat and the email I stated I would file complaints with the BBB snd the NY AG’s office as an address is provided for Albany, NY. 10/27/23 response asking for my address to be confirmed: I provided my PO address AGAIN and stated if they don’t ship to PO’s I provided my physical address and apprised that the **** does not delivery mail to my physical address. I complained on the Facebook ads regarding scam, etc., do not buy from this company. 10/29/23 company again asked to confirm address. 11/3/23 Email from company thanking me for confirming my address; they did say which address the item would be shipped to but, would be sending me a new tracking #. 11/7/23 I have not received a new tracking #

    I RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE AND I REALIZED IT DID NOT FIT AS EXPECTED ON MY COUCH. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY WHICH CONFIRMED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND IF THE RETURN WAS FILED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. I FILED WITHIN 11 DAYS AND SHIPPED THE PRODUCT AS THEY REQUESTED. IT HAS NOW BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED AT THE LOCATION AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE COMPANY.     I purchased a sofa cover and did not like the material and it kept coming off the couch unlike the commercial advertised. SAme day i wrote them letting them know the product was not to my liking and I would like a refund. They emailed me back 2 days later asking for a photo of the product and explanation. I immediately took a photo of the product and told them I did not like the material and the material was not staying on the couch and to please proceed with a refund as I need an address and label. 3 days later they wrote me this. "Hello,

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response, and we appreciate your patience. Thank you for taking the time to send a photo, which is immensely helpful in addressing your concerns.

    To ensure that we assist you effectively, could you provide a brief explanation as to why the material did not meet your expectations? In reference to the cover not staying in place on your couch, have you attempted to tuck in the cover securely into the gaps of your couch? Your responses to these questions are invaluable as they enable us to better understand your specific situation and work towards finding the most suitable solutions.

    I once again wrote them back telling them that I did not like the product and that per their statement, if I contacted them within 14 days I was allowed a refund which I did. I should not have to explain why I want a refund even though I did. I have yet to hear from them and I left them a voice message and several emails letting them know I wanted a refund and if they didn't respond i would contact the BBB which I am now doing.
    My order number is ********* and I put this in my email to them.

    I ordered a dog bed for $94.97 from Funny Fuzzy ***********************), and received the wrong bed on August 14th. I should have received the "ginkgo yellow" color, but instead received a dark grey. The company has a return policy of 14 days, but does not list the address on their website. You must email them to get the address, which immediately felt like a scam. I emailed them the day I received the bed, and did not hear back for 8 days. When I got a response, it was as if they were responding to another customer's purchase of a different item.

    It took many more emails from me to finally get the return address on September 7. I shipped the bed back to them, which cost $27.85 out of pocket to ship. They have had the product in their possession since 9/18. I have been emailing repeatedly to ask of the status of my refund, and have only gotten very sporadic, vague responses, some of which were again not about my purchase, but someone else's.

    I have probably emailed them 30+ times over the last two months. I have seen many other people complain about their scams. I'd like my refund and for my shipping to be refunded as well.

    I purchase a dog bed from this company 9/17/2023 and received it 9/30/2023. I've reached out with multiple emails trying to return my order through their customer service email without anyone returning my email. The dog bed I got collapses and isn't the quality that it describes in its bio.
    They insure a return up to 14 days of purchase but won't return any of my request to customer service or tell me how to return. I feel like I've been scammed by this company

    I purchased a pet couch cover from funnyfuzzy.com. When i finally received the product I realized it was not what i needed and wanted to exchange it for something else. Their website, funnyfuzzy.com states that a return may only be processed by requesting an authorization from them. They do not have a phone number and did not respond to three (3) e-mail requests.

    I cannot say this is a scam, but there is NO customer service.
