After receiving my product I decided I wanted to return it cause I didn't like the color in person, I figured it wouldn't be a problem since product was unopened. I tried contacting them through their email, facebook and their online chat services with no response. 10 days after my email I get an email back asking why I wanted to return the product and asking me to send a picture. I sent my reason and picture and never heard back. I tried emailing them numerous times afterwards and even tried leaving a product review requesting someone get back to me. I ordered merchandise from this company on July 28, 2023. The order shipped on August 6 and I received it shortly after. I sent two emails asking for information on how to return the merchandise before their return window. I returned the merchandise to this address:

I have contacted them several times since then trying to find out the status of my return with only one email since August 19 after several failed attempts. It is now September 29 and I still have not received my refund or any further communication.Initial Complaint

September 15, I made the purchase with the company. The same day, I contacted the company and asked if I could change my order. September 16, I got a notification that my order shipped, and I never heard back in regard to my request. September 21, I get a notification that my order was sent back to the sender. September 22, I get a reply that they took my order back because of my request. But never asked for my replacement and still charged me. I reply the same day with the order request again. Today it is September 26, and I have not heard anything back. I have tried to contact them via their chat on their website, it says they respond immediately, and I have never gotten one. I emailed them multiple times. I've reached out via ******** and *********. The address on their website isn't even listed to "FunnyFuzzy" when I ****** it. There is no phone number for me to call either. Now I need to contact my bank, stop the payment (because I paid through Klarna), and hopefully try to get a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a couch cover from this company in a color called "Linen Coffee" which is brown on their website. Due to the size of my couch, I had to order 9 pieces which was not cheap. When the products came substantially later than estimated, I was so excited to finally be able to protect my couch. When I took them out of the packaging, they were a marigold yellow that will no work for me. The product also was not consistent with the description as having non-slip backing or anything. I immediately contacted the company asking for a refund. Their policy is a refund must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the items and I contacted them before all the pieces had even been delivered. I have contacted them multiple times per week and have received no response. Found a phone number and all it says is that they don't take phone calls. I submitted a request through their customer service form on their website. Still nothing and I am almost to the 14 day window with no response. Their instructions deny you the ability to send product back without their approval and instructions. This is an awful experience with a company that I've purchased good product from in the past for which I was very pleased and they are very responsive during shipping delay issues, but completely non-responsive when following their own instructions on returns and refunds.Initial Complaint

On July 5 I purchased a pair of dog beds from this company for $161. The beds showed up poorly made, mismatched, and very disappointing. I contacted the company July 16 (the day the beds were received) to request a return. They drug their feet and it took 13 emails (during which they ghosted me several times and repeatedly asked to have the same information and photos sent) before they agreed to a return. This was August 1. They received the beds from us August 9th and they confirmed with me that the beds were received. Since then, I have emailed them 10 more times and they still have not processed a refund. On September 18 I opened a dispute with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

On July 24 2023, I purchased a raincoat for my dog at the FunnyFuzzy website. I placed my order and it arrived a week later. I noticed that it was the wrong size and I contacted customer service via email which they responded to weeks later and they gave me instructions to return the item. I took pictures of the item to show that it was never used or worn by my dog. I then return the item to the address stated with tracking number #******************. This item was delivered and signed by employee at sight. I have still not heard from customer service and they have not responded to my emails and the item was not credited to my account.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 car seats for my dogs from store funny fuzzy on June 20, 2023 unpaid 163.88, when product arrived is not as described, is too small for my dogs.
I contacted the merchant though email because there is no customer care phone number, I request to exchange the product for something bigger they replied several days later I said I got a different product already. Took some more days to response asking pictures from the product, I sent those pics and since then the haven’t replay. I got involved affirm and shop that were the companies I bought the product with their installment plans; I thought they will support the customer and not the merchant. I sent proof of all the attempts to contact the merchant and they keep also giving me excuses, requesting emails with info I sent and they confirmed before, telling me that they will escalate with the department, I spoke to the supervisor 30 day when the time was due and she said they were going to expedite my case. I called today after 13 days passed since I spoke to supervisor and the stayers the conversation asking for the emails I sent a month before and repeating excuses. I purchased a couch cover from this company. When it was delivered it was not as advertised. It is ill-fitting and cheap material, as if it belongs in a children's car seat. The website advertises 14 day returns on items. I contacted them for a return the day I received it. They then responded no returns (I have attached the correspondence). This is false advertising. The quality of their products do not match their price. They no this which is why they will not allow me to return item. They do not have a return label on item. And no phone number. I purchased 2 sofa covers for my dogs. I thought the color was biscuit, and when googling the color biscuit it was an almond or beige. When the covers arrived on Thursday last they were silver grey. My sofas are beige. They clashed. I emailed
