I placed an order with Funny Fuzzy on November 19, 2024 and paid extra for shipping protection. ORDER #********* I received notification that UniUni would be handling the final delivery of my remaining package that totaled $52.13, excluding the shipping protection. I received a confirmation email from UniUni on December 1, 2024 that my package was delivered and a photo of the front porch. The picture was not my front porch.
I immediately contacted Funny Fuzzy and they told me I needed to reach out to UniUni and they provided me with their contact information on December 5, 2024.
I had already submitted a delivery issue to UniUni using the contact form on their website and didn’t hear back so I called them on December 1, 2024. I was on hold for a long time so I hung up. I called back on December 5, 2024 and waited on hold for over an hour and finally spoke to someone who said they would send me an email and I was to respond back with a picture of my front porch and then I would hear back regarding my case within 48 hours and they would most likely be sending me a letter that I could submit to Funny Fuzzy for a refund. I immediately responded to the email with the requested photo. I did not hear back from the company so I called them again on December 11, 2024 and waited on hold for an hour and a half before speaking to someone who said I would receive an email and resolution within 24 hours. I received the email the same day stating they would get back to me in 24 hours and when I didn’t hear back from them I replied to the email on December 16, 2024 to let them know I was still waiting for a response and would be contacting the BBB.
It is December 18, 2024 and I still have not heard back from them.Customer Answer

I ordered a dog bed 11/26/24 and received the item 12/14/24. The bed is much smaller than listed and very very cheaply made. The outer piece is falling apart and it's stuffed with very cheap pillows. It serves no purpose as you can feel the hard floor under it and it boasts being an orthopedic bed for dogs. I have written to the company daily for the last several days without a single response regarding a return or refund. There isn't another way to contact them.Initial Complaint

October 29, 2024 was the date of purchase. Didn't come until November. I have been trying over a month to get this item shipped back. Item description was advertised wrong, XL dog bed, but what came was a small dog bed. Pillow has a hole in it. They asked for pictures, sent them what they asked for and I have zero response. I email them once a day, if not twice a day. I told them I was filing through the BBB. There is no number to contact them, only email. Item was purchased in early November 2024. Wrong size of dog bed was ordered by me by accident. Once it arrived I contacted company to find a return shipping location to receive a refund. I have emailed them to this effect. First response from them was asking me to keep the product with a 20% discount. I refused that and they offered 40% discount to keep the bed. I again refused. The bed would service a small dog and I have a German Shepherd at 125 pounds. It does not fit and at $74.20 it's too expensive to keep. My last response from them was on November 25 stating they were sending it up the chain of command to be reviewed. I have heard nothing else since. I received the wrong product and tried to return it with no response.
I ordered the correct product again and received it but the company refuses to return my original product, or now the second one even though I have followed all of their return policies.

I ordered a dog bed online on 11/29/24. It was supposed to ship in 1-3 days from NJ. On Dec 9th I emailed the company asking where my package was as tracking info showed it was going through “customs”!. I received no response. I emailed again this morning Dec 11th and still no response. I now see reviews online that customers have been scammed and strongly believe am the victim of fraud. On November 12th, I placed an order with Funny Fuzzy for a dog bed. The dog bed was described to be designed with two armrests and pillow to support dog's neck to relax while lying on their side with legs extended. Once I opened the package, I immediately realized my order was incorrect and contacted Funny Fuzzy to initiate a return. My first email was sent on November 29,2024 at 4:41pm. I have sent an email everyday since that date requesting a refund. Funny Fuzzy did not contact me for days and when they did they offered me a 20% refund. I said no, I did not want a 20% refund. Then more days passed with no contact from Funny Fuzzy. Then they contacted me again offering a 40% refund. Again, I said no. I wanted a full refund and asked again for the instructions on how to initiate the refund. They have not answered my questions and are evading me and my ability to return this item.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 couch seat covers that advertise they stay in place by FunnyFuzzy Co. I ordered on 11/18/24

First email sent 11/26/24 and here are dates of other emails without an answer: Nov26,27,29
Dec 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 10th.
They are not as advertised, they donot stay in place at all. I would like a full refund if you can assist please and thank you

I purchased a dog bed and i never received the product. I reached out to the company and took days to get a response. They then stated that the product was delivered. I explained i work from home as well as have security cameras and the product was never delivered. I asked for a replacement or refund and have not heard back. They asked me to send photos of where the product may have been delivered and i did so. Still have not gotten a response.
