I ordered and X=Large dog bed for my dog. I received a small bed. I have tried numerous times over the past week to email this company to return the item. NO RESPONSE.... I even gave a bad review... still no response...They do not have a phone number..
At this point I dont want to exchange it, due to not trusting them..

I am disgusted by this scam of a company. I ordered a product for my dog which was junk and flimsy and my dog fell as soon as she stepped on it (they’re stairs). I immediately let the company know via their site, email and Instagram. For now four weeks they write back, then ignore, then ask for photos?, then finally offered 20% of my payment ??? This is insane. It’s a 30-day return window so they continue to ignore so that they run the clock out and you can’t get a refund. This is four weeks of this HellInitial Complaint

I purchased a sofa cover and chair cover thru their online store. The quality is horrible and I attempted to return it for a refund. They are completely unresponsive and not giving me information I need to return the very poor quality item.Initial Complaint

On November 8, 2024 I purchased a car seat for my dog. When it arrived on November 19, 2024 the item did not have the seat belt loop as advertised on the website. (attachment 1). There is no place for the seat belt to strap in (attachment 2). I have been emailing the company since November 23, 2024 and requested to return the item and I included pictures per their request. (see attachment 3 for emails). As of yesterday December 4, 2024, they are alleging that the strap is the same as the website photo and are refusing to let me return the item. On page 2 of the attached email chain, they included arrows pointing to a strap; however, that is the strap that goes over the headrest. The car seat does not have the strap for the seatbelt and is very unsafe as it slides around & does not hold my dog in place. This product was falsely advertised. I have ordered a a couch cover for more than $200 + but when I tried,it does not fit my couch perfectly.I emailed their customer service and they advised me to send a picture of the reason /the couch with the cover which I did right away. I kept emailing them for the response but they did not and they have 30 days to return. I email everyday pretty much, then someone again answered with the same answer to send me a picture and what is the reason for the return. Also I found out that ones you order, the item will come from China and shipped to their address here in US then they just cover the original sender’s address w/ a US address.Please help me get back my money.

On Nov 13, 2024, I requested the order #********* for $139.91. I received the items but they were not the colors and texture advertised. I sent several emails to FUNNY FUZZY customer service ([email protected]) requiring the return and refund of my order but they do not respond at all. The company has advertised a “return” policy in the web page up to 30 days but they delay the response about instructions and details to do so.Initial Complaint

I bought a cat car seat for my daughter for Christmas. The car seat is not functional and the pictures on the website misrepresented it. The car seat is not big enough for a ten pound cat. The car seat has an uncomfortable zipper where the pet would sit which makes the pillow important. The pillow is flimsy and puffy and unstable. The pillow is too small for the car seat. When I received the car seat, I asked for a return label. They just keep telling me to check previous emails for the return label. They have not and will not send me a return label. I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing from them. I have checked their website and they say to not return any item to the address on the website if I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a large washable fluffy orthopedic dog sofa bed. When I received it, it was very small. I measured it and compared to the sizes listed on the website. It did not match any of them but was closest to the medium size. I reached out to the company via email stating that I received the medium instead of the large. They initially offered to give a 20% refund to “save me the trouble” of returning the item. I responded saying I would like a replacement with the correct size. I sent pictures as they requested. After several attempts, the business dragged. Finally I was able to get partial refund. I wanted to return product and get full refund, but, it takes so long to get any response from this company.

Order #*********: I have been trying to get a refund on purchases made because it was way too small for my dogs (even tho the description of the product itself said "LARGE") without success. I first contacted the company on November 12, 2024 and have sent numerous emails, including pictures of the items I would like to return. Customer service response is incredibly weak and very unresponsive, almost to the point of being non-existent. All I want to do is return the products and get a refund.
