I ordered a XXL dog bed from what I thought was an American company on 10/31/24. I paid a total of $130.23 (which included $3.03 shipping protection). They also said my bed would be shipped in 1-3 days and would arrive in 5-12 days. Clearly this wasn’t the case. The bed arrived on 11/21/24 from China. The bed is a large, not an XXL that I ordered and was charged for bigger size. I tried contacting company by phone..number is disconnected. I’ve sent numerous emails to no avail. They simply will not respond. I’m out the money and I have a bed that my 92lb Pit Bull not fit into. I’ve asked for them to send the correct size with a shipping label and I would gladly send this back to them. Nothing! This company needs to be shut down. I see so many complaints have been filed with you. Something needs to be done.Initial Complaint

I ordered sofa covers which were delivered on 11/18/2024. They do not match my sofa and they do not fit. They have a 30 day return policy. I sent them a email asking for return address. The company has a 30 day return policy. Instead of looking for a return I asked if we could do an exchange which the company agreed to. for two weeks now they have been giving me the run around. have literally asked me 3 times what sizes I need and then when I give them the size they need. each time ai have answered they wait 3 days before the respond then act like they don't have any information. I think they are trying to prolong our interactions so they don't have to do anything. at this point I want a refundInitial Complaint

I ordered a dog bed from this company 11/3/24 and it was delivered 11/12/24. I opened it and they had sent me the wrong size dog bed. I really didnt care. I just wanted to return it. I looked at the return policy and they will not give an address or any information. It just says to email them which I did. It took several days for them to reposnd and tell me to send pictures and measurements so they can pay the return shipping. I responded and said Im willing to pay it...just tell me what to do and give me a label and tell me where to send it. I had already packed it up to send so I wasnt unpacking it. Then they responded days later asking if Id take a 20% refund to keep it. I responded saying no of course not when its the WRONG SIZE for my dog. why would I want it? Its been several days and I have no response. I can tell from all of the complaints that this is an issue and wish I had looked prior to placing an order. Now I see Ill have an issue getting refunded as well. I want the shipping address and I want a refund and at least a response. I will also write multiple social media reviews if this is not handled quickly and my return is not prompt. Terrible company. Ill get my dog bed elsewhereInitial Complaint

I placed an order from Funny Fuzzy and received the order on 11/8. Upon receipt, I realized this dog bed was way too small and emailed the business to start a return. Their website clearly specifies that we can return unused items within 30 days. For the past 10 days now, the business will not send me the return address. I did everything they requested, sent pictures of unused/unopen purchase. They sent me an email saying I could get 20% refunded if I decided to keep it. I said I was not interested and wanted to send it back. I have sent multiple requests for the shipping address to return it and they keep giving me the go around. It looks to me as if they are trying to push this off as much as possible to that I get past the 30 day window for the return.Initial Complaint

Funny Fuzzy does not provide the products they advertise. When I tried to return the items in original packaging after they required I send them pictures, they ignore customer requests for returns and make it virtually impossible to get a refund, even when customers follow their stated return policy. This deceptive practice misrepresents their business and leaves customers out of pocket. I personally lost nearly $600 to Funny Fuzzy due to their lack of integrity and poor business practices. I am just sick over this. Please help find resolution with this businessInitial Complaint

I received a four piece couch cover on 10/19/24 from this company. It did not fit my couch and the quality was extremely poor. I began emailing regarding a return on 10/22/24. They refuse to proceed without pictures of the product being sent to them. I have done this and still have not received an address to return the items.Initial Complaint

i ordered a number of their couch coverings. i received them and they are nothing like they show on their website. they are poor quality and dont stay on. I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a return adn refund. numerous times i have contacted them using the email they provided. Nothing back and i am very frustrated. I purchased one dog car seat/dog bed (I only have one dog) but I was sent four of them and charged for four of them. I have tried to deal with company to rectify the situation but they are not sending me a return receipt, insist that I pay for the return, and accuse me of buying four. I have been dealing with them for over a month. There is a 30 day limit on returns, but they take 5-7 days to respond to your emails and there is no phone number online. They offered to pay 20% of what I paid where I wouldn’t have to pay to return them (which could cost close or over $100 according to UPS store). When I declined they then offered 40% of what Inpaid for items. By this time I was getting close to 30 day limit to return so I took it, but someone said to report them to BBB because their practices aren’t right. I then pursued getting the other 60% of what I paid. They are giving me the runaround and now asking for pictures of items which they have already asked for. These items were sent to me erroneously or intentionally. In Either case I did not make the mistake and the idea that they are not willing to make their wrong correct is a crime. Please let me know if there is additional info you need from me.
