I get daily calls at my work phone number from ACI's robocaller (###-###-####) every day around 9:00am. I have gotten call consistently at my work number for about the last year. I have gone to their website with the information previously provided and confirmed that I have not active case with them and owe no money. I have tried to answer the robocalls to speak to someone to get the calls stopped, but whenever I pick up, the phone line is disconnected. They have not left a voice mail message in the past six months - just robocalls every day at my work phone number. This has become harassment and I need it to stop.

I received a letter in the mail on September 17, 2022 stating that I owed a total of $1419.31. This letter came from American Coradius International LLC located in Amherst , New York. Of course, they were closed on Saturday, but when I called them this morning September 19, 2022 , I was given to a supervisor when I mentioned that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and also I had contacted my attorney. The supervisor I talk to name is Tricia P********* She stated they work for ****** and that the information they had was from them. I was concerned how they got my address and name. She stated someone must have used a false email address to open up an account on ****** she would not give me the name of the email domain or what email address was given only it was my last name on the email. I explain to her that I have ******** supreme and I was not notified by ******** that an email account with ****** was established. I further went on to tell her that receiving this in the mail is very upsetting and also many senior citizens like myself could sit down and write a check for monies that they are not responsible for. What further concerns me is this company American Coradius International is a member of the Better Business Bureau. I feel if they’re going to do business they need to investigate an account before they send such correspondence to people.
