On January 7th I received a letter from American Coradius International LLC stating that I had an account from ****** INC. and that as of 11/29/24 I owed 84.11 and between 11/29/2024 and now an additional 537.18 was applied to the account. I do have a ****** account which is current and I contacted ****** to double check and was told that my account is current. The account number on the letter from American Coradius is not my account number. I tried calling the ###-###-#### several times but the phone does not ring and it just disconnects. I believe this to be a scam.

I received a letter with reference number ********, attempting to collect a debt from ****** Inc. account number ******************* that isn't mine. I do have a ****** account but there is no purchases matching the 60.00 dollar debt or anything that could add up to this. I've also tried to find my "****** account number" but from what I can find this would just be my number or email address, not an actual account number. Also, my ****** account has no balance and I do not have a ****** credit account so I'm not sure how a balance would occur. I have checked my credit report and I have no new or unknown accounts opened so again, unsure how the fraudulent ****** account could have been opened.

I received a letter from American Coradius International LLC stating they are a debt collector and that I owe money to ****** Inc.

I do not have any account they listed with ******, nor have I purchased anything using ****** and this is a fraud.

They cite a bill of $424.05 for 12/13/2024 and do not say from who

This is not my debt and they do not even list who the creditor is who is claiming this .

This is a fraud. I will not be sending them any money and they need to stop.

This is fraud. I contacted ****** and spoke with a rep named Bunny 01/29/25 at telephone ###-###-#### wherein she told me that I DO NOT owe ****** ANY monies. Someone by the names of ****** *****/**** ******** were linked to a fraudulent account with an ****** email (which I've NEVER had as my email account is and has ALWAYS been a ***** account) that somehow had all my information including the monies they tried to steal from my banking account. I reported this to my bank September 2024 and after they performed an investigation they determined that the charges and the ****** account was fraud. I then contacted ****** and was told at that time they would put a restriction on that fraudulent account. Why they didn't close that account right then and there I haven't a clue. However after receiving this letter I contacted ****** AGAIN and was told that they would handle the situation and I'm again assuming they will CLOSE that FRAUDULENT account. I was told by ****** representative Bunny that I needn't worry they would handle it and to DISREGARD this attempt at collection for a debt that ISN'T mine. I've worked TOO HARD at cleaning up and maintaining a good credit history to have it tarnished and diminished by criminals!!! I've had a ****** account for over 20 years in GREAT STANDING which she confirmed. As you can see by my attachments when I used Google maps to verify the business it is apparent that they have targeted hundreds if not more with this fraudulent information and request for money!!! I've also put a call into the State's Attorney General and since this came via mail I will be contacting the United State's Post office for mail fraud. I will also be looking into the laws for Elder Abuse as I am a senior citizen with a heart condition and was severely affected by this.

American Coradius International LLC sent a collection letter to me in the mail attempting to collect a debt that is not mine. The letter says that I owe a total of $197.30 and that as of 12/09/24 I owed $98.30 plus additional debts applied to my account of $99.00. The debt is supposedly with ******, in which I do have an account, but not the same as the account number that they are referencing. I have since logged into my actual ****** account and I don't have any transactions from a month prior to current date that equal the amount in dispute. I received the letter today and it is dated as of January 17th 2025.

American Coradius International LLC sent me a letter of collection referencing ****** for the amount of 299.00. This is fraudulent. I have not used ****** for at least 20 years. When I call the phone number to dispute the debt, the number does not work. There is no website for this company. There was a fraudulent charge on my bank account several months ago from ****** which I dispu*** with my bank and they reversed the charge. I want this “collection” stopped and removed from any credit reporting agency action. I also want any negative reporting removed. This is fraud!

However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this company, please let them know that you checked their record with BBB.

As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation. BBB charges a fee for BBB Accreditation. This fee supports BBB's efforts to fulfill its mission of advancing marketplace trust.
