      Pioneer credit recovery phone number doesn’t answer calls. Gets info then hangs up. I have a debt for under 34.00. Frustrated that I can’t talk to a live human being.

      City of Philadelphia never calculated the correct tax amount to be paid after assessment was changed and there for reported incorrect amount owed to this credit agency which never did its investigation. Document on error by City of Philadelphia is attached. I will also be taking this up with the city of Philadelphia since they are the ones to get this agency involved.

      Debt collection on my credit I do not recognize it and can't reach company by phone to get more information on it or pay it if needed.

      So, I've been getting called
      Since (2023)
      July 13th, at 457pm
      July 27th at 259 pm
      August 29th at 446pm
      August 30th at 254pm
      August 31st, at 3pm.
      Hawaii standard time.
      I answered last call as I was waiting for a meeting phone call at 3pm sharp.
      Turns out they're trying to get ahold of my ex. How would they even have my number?
      Why are they harassing me?
      He doesn't have any collection anymore and yet they're calling me?!
      It sounded so much like a scam and all these random dates and times they're trying to call me.

      First off, we hardly have money to pay for our own bills, hardly having enough to even pay for food and yet they're harassing us for money.
      They were so quick and to the point, of finding their person to collect a debt like scammers.

      Letter dated 07/26/23 stated I owed the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. I know of no such charge and have no requests for payment on this.

      Pioneer Credit Recovery, Inc. bypassed all legal requirements in pursuit of collecting an alleged debt from over 10 years ago. They are impossible to connect with and sent an order for wage garnishment to my employer which was the first time I was alerted of this debt. I wasn't given opportunity to validate said debt or dispute prior to wage garnishment. I wasn't sent an email, letter, or direct phone call about this at any point of the process which they claim was filed in 2021. When called I was told that they have sent mail to an address that I haven't lived at in over 10 years. They can find where I'm employed and harass me there, but couldn't verify my residence? This has damaged my credit score greatly and has put me in financial hardship.

      I will look to appeal this garnishment and will seek consultation on whether or not my rights were infringed upon during their pursuit of collection in which they added their own exorbitant interest fees to.

      This company has garnished $5000 for a $4900 debt from my paycheck and will not answer my calls about stopping any further garnishments.

      I have heard nothing from the Small Business Administration about the Hurricane Matthew relief loan they made to me since before the pandemic. There has been ZERO communication from them, yet they turned me over to PIONEER CREDIT RECOVERY, INC and added approximately $7,000 to my balance. This is supposed to be a RELIEF fund for hurricane damage my home received. I have had NO contact from PIONEER CREDIT RECOVERY, INC. Yet yesterday, May 21, 2023, I received a letter from the State Controller's Office in Raleigh, NC, informing me that PIONEER CREDIT RECOVERY was garnishing my payroll starting this week. They are taking an unreasonable $624.34 from my meager state employment earnings. This will force me directly into bankruptcy. On state payroll I don't even make enough to buy fuel for work during the last week of each month, so this is extremely unreasonable. Especially without warning or any notification of any kind. If this is legal, it's shady. I'm meeting with an attorney on Wednesday to file if this garnishment remains in place at this astronomical rate. Justin at PIONEER just told me that I had to pay the $23K in cash to resolve the collection. If I had that kind of money, I wouldn't have needed the hurricane relief funds that this originated from.

      They called my place of employment, gave out the last 4 of my social to confirm that I was an employee. This is violation of my personal information. This is against government policy. In addition they have NEVER called me at my personal mobile phone.

      This company will not stop harassing me. They call my phone, nonstop in efforts to reach my mom (the person they are trying to get a hold of). My mother has already spoken with them, yet they are relentless and continue to call. They have recently began calling all of our family members, my work place, and my friends. I have no clue how they have access to this information but it needs to stop. On top of that, they don’t state who they are (company). I only found out because I google the number.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
      Since my initial complaint, I have since blocked the number. However, they continue to Harris my close friends and family as well as people I have worked with in the past. They become aggressive on the phone if they don’t receive the answers to their questions. This is a complete invasion of privacy and must stop.
