      Lumico has terrible customer service, they took out payment before 1st of the month & caused a banking problem that they wont refund me the fee. Asked to speak with **************** didnt get on the phone, 1 employee told me they dont except email or fax for me to send proof. Called back again & spoke to another employee, said there is fax number, Had me send proof of fee from bank from my banking settlement & still said they wont refund.

      Lumico is horrible and inconsiderate. I called to get information to see if my mothers policy was in effect. They couldn't give me ANY information but took all of mine. They made me wait A WEEK only to let me know that her policy was cancelled. Why not inform me during our first initial conversation that it was cancelled? I'm already grieving and then to be left in the dark during our family time of need. The person who "helped" me on the phone was very cold and did not offer any condolences. No sincerity whatsoever. I would never recommend them to assist anyone with life changing moments. I don't understand how they're still in business. Terrible company..

      Lumico and it's employees proved to be incompetent from the supervisors to their employees involved in the case. They made it difficult to process a policy cancellation and didn't know the legal requirements before communicating specific actions to me. I asked multiple times what I needed to do and they gave me specific actions. I completed the actions, they began to process cancellation, and then they called me multiple times for additional actions. Then they tell me they have no method of tracking the documents I send over.

      Hi my name is *************************** I tried to cancel the life insurance and can not! Because the person who filled out the forms is one of the people on the phone! Who works with them! I gave them the policy number and my last four of my social security! That should be enough to cancel the policy they said no! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone bunch of theifs!

      0 Stars my dad passed on Dec 17th 2023 I made my Claim Dec 19th 2023 gave all required documents policy is over 2 years and has went through 3 review process has been approved by a manager but is still in home office review since ******************************************************************************************** nothing els cant talk to a supervisor No other information is given to me this is gotta be a scam theres nothing left for them to do why is it taking so long they wont even give a time limit so it can be in home office review forever ? Save Your Money Go Elswhere

      My mother had Lumico Life since 2020 until Feb of 2024. They sent my 85yrs old mother a letter on Feb 1st, 2024 stating her policy have been canceled. Due to a recent medical report showing in 2022 she had to get a pacemaker in which she didn't need at the time when she first gotten her policy. However, they still withdraw the premium $113 from her bank account on Feb 3rd, 2024. And since she received that letter on Feb 1st that means they already had canceled her policy in January. She had paid this company a total of $5400 that she's not going to get back. Lumico is a SCAM company that is setup to steal from customers not to payout to customers. And I see this customer name ********************** left a 5 Stars review for this SCAMMING company. Unaware that her love ones is going to be dealing with these same issues when she dies like all the rest of these victims that's leaving BAD REVIEWS!!! I told my sister to count it as a BLESSING FROM GOD!!! Even though my mother is doing awesome and have another 30+yrs left of her life. At least we know now we don't have to go through what these victims in these reviews are dealing with. We decided to get her a funeral plan instead with the Funeral Home where she will go. LUMICO, I will be getting investigation started along with Law Firm to see why these suffering family members claims are being denied and not getting any payouts. And send this information along with all these bad reviews from this platform as well as BBB platform.

      I would rate this company a zero if possible. This has been an absolute nightmare for ** trying to get my mom funeral handled!!!! Accounting errors sending payments where they should t requests money back ********** back then they mail our check back with a letter about our premium unbelievable ??

      I have had a lumico Term policy for about a year and am extremely happy with them. Easy to talk to and get ahold of. Payments come out of my account on the specified date every month and I sleep better every night knowing that my family is taken care of if/when I pass away.

      Firstly, this company must be crooked because I have called the main number now for two weeks and I've spent hours on the phone and no one answers. If the phone is answered no one responds for a few seconds 15 seconds and disconnects.I have paid my premiums now for two years I get a notice my payment was rejected....did I say I called for weeks to resolve the issue? I sent an email and days later I get an email and gusess what I told...to call the customer service numeber..>WTF!My advice is to not become a customer with this ********************** and I am going to put my response out to the world to show. I'm glad I am not dead what h*** my family would go through to get service.They should change thier name to "CROOKiCO"
