    So far I have had 2 "in branch" experiences with BFCU, and it's been great both times. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and, most importantly, helpful staff both times. This is not a ***** ***** and for my purposes that was a plus.

    So I applied for a home equity line of credit and have a large income as well as rental income. After wasting two weeks of my time and canceling my appraisal without talking to me first Denied me because they wont accept my rental income if it has not been in my W-2 for two years. They failed to acknowledge this or provide any information upfront when I did the application in person over the phone with their team as well as provided documents for two weeks. They refused to review and include this information. What a waste of time and a joke. I have two rentals that both cash flow but instead of including that information they counted as a liability. In what world is this real? dont bother. Dont waste your time.
