    This company doesnt actually have inventory or house products. Theyre middle men who take your order and order it from the primary retailer. I ordered consumable parts for my tire machine. After 12 days they called and said the shipment has been delayed. After 20 days the package is claimed to have been shipped. The tracking link didnt work. At 24 days I received an email that said the package should have arrived. Did you get it? Call us when called they say to wait a few days because the shipping isnt the most reliable. After never receiving my package I called and I was told I waited too long to contact them and their shipment confirmation shows that someone named ****** received the package. No signature required. Just their word claiming someone with the same name as me received the package. They claim theyre setting up an investigation to find out what happened. Ill be ordering from a different vendor as I need these components immediately (its been 45 days which In todays world is an eternity). Would give zero stars if possible.
