    Great Communication, vehicle picked up on time and delivered on time . Everyone was vey professional and courteous , I have had some apprehension about dealing with Transport. Companies based on my friends horror stories . I can honestly say that my trust is fully restored based on my experience

    I’ve transported my car many times, but this was BY FAR the BEST company I’ve ever dealt with! They are very organized and gave me all of the info I needed. I also had to have them deliver my car to the exact address, because I wasn’t in town, and they did exactly as we had agreed. They delivered my ****** to my condo building, in downtown Chicago, and gave it to the garage man as they were asked to do. Thank you! I’ll use you again…and again…and again! You are the best!

    SGT Auto Transport moved a vehicle with door to door service from Charlotte, NC to Grayson, OK. The pickup was on a Saturday and delivery was made two days later. Most importantly, the price was excellent.

    I contacted SGT Transport due to their ratings, reviews and their beliefs per their website (dependability, honesty, efficiency and commitment). There was many promises and no action.
    I placed an order to have my SUV moved and was told it would be picked up within 1-3 days. On the 3rd day after I reached out for an update I was told someone could pick it up that days for $200 more then the quote. I stated that I already settled for a quote more then other transit companies and did not want to pay additional money. 10 days later after many chats, emails, calls I was going to cancel the service. I received a call by a supervisor (Julie) who was the first helpful employee. I had heard the same excuses every time I reached out multiples times a day). I was given the drivers number which I called and texted. I heard back once but the driver never showed as promised. Two days later the SUV was picked up at 6pm (not at our house but about .5 miles away and I had to walk back home). The driver was kind (different driver then we were told 2 days earlier). He did get the vehicle there by the date promised however there was no communication on timeframe which I was told he would let us know.
    The only positive note is that the car got there without any damage!
    SGT does not live up to their own vales/beliefs and did not deliver in the timeframe promises.

    Your sales people should not state 1-3 days nor should your website. While I understand there was not guarantee per the fine print the staff was telling me something totally different. This was the worst customer service experience I have had and would tell everyone not to use this company as they are all talk! We were told the driver was on his way and sent the check overnight (cost over $100) and the driver was a no show. it took 3 more days to get the driver. It was very disappointing and stressful!

    It was a great smooth experience..
    I believe a Great Company that I will definitely use again.
    Everything was well explained in the beginning, prior to signing the contract.
    They gave us 2 hours window for pick up the next day after signing the contract, the car was picked up within the 2 hours and 15 hours later the vehicle was at my door in Arizona.
    Driver gave me a call 2 hours prior of the delivery so I would be home…
    Good company !

    SGT picked up my truck from ** at 5pm and delivers it to MN by 8am the following day. There were a couple of time delays on the outgoing end, but the driver kept me updated continually. Everyone was respectful and professional. I would highly recommend and use SGT again myself.

    We had a good experience shipping car from Austin to upstate NY. Everything went as planned and described. Cost was fair. Only improvement I would ask for is a FIRM date for pickup. We were given a range and had to juggle our move plan to make it work. Driver was great. Kept us informed and delivered on schedule. We had never shipped a car before and were very pleased.
