    Everyone I talked to was very helpful . My vehicle came across country in 4 days. Transport driver was great both pick up and drop off. I did request a specific day for pick up( which I paid extra for) and they picked up as promised. I definitely would use again.

    SGT Auto Transport Company - I have to choose a star. Otherwise I’d leave no stars
    I contracted with them to pick my car up in Tempe, AZ on or after April 20th. It was to be delivered to New York City. I called the week before to reconfirm the appointment. I was told that it would be picked up either the 20th or the 21st. That didn’t happen. I called on the 21st and I was told by a woman that she would try her best to have the car picked up that weekend, the 22nd or 23rd. That didn’t happen. I called on the 23rd. I was told it would be picked up on the 24th, Monday. That didn’t happen. I was told it would be picked up on that Thursday or Friday, the 27th or 28th. That didn’t happen. It was finally picked up on the 29th. Eight or nine days after I had expected it to be picked up. Then I went through the same thing waiting to get the car delivered. I was told it would be delivered on Sunday, May 7th. That didn’t happen. I was told it would be delivered Monday, May 8th. That didn’t happen. It was finally delivered on Tuesday, May 9th. I had asked many times to be called when the driver was going to pick up the car, in addition to the driver calling my cousin who had the car at his house. They never called me. The price I ended up paying was about $200 more than they originally quoted me. The driver who delivered the car did call me when he was about to deliver the car. I understood that he wanted me to pay before the car was delivered which I wasn’t going to do. We ended up yelling at each other and he hung up on me. The car is always delivered to my parking garage and I always leave a tip for them to give the driver. I was so upset by his treatment of me that I called them and told them not to give him the tip.
    Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to, throughout the whole ordeal, never once gave me the impression that they cared that at every turn what they promised me didn’t happen.

    I contacted SGT to get a quote to ship my car from FL to MA and I needed a guaranteed pickup date. This was very important because I was leaving FL the next day. I signed a contract. A shipper wasn't assigned until the day I was leaving so had to leave without my car being picked up. I received a new contract with a higher price. The shipper that they assigned couldn't deliver in a timely fashion so a new shipper was assigned and picked up my car three days later than originally requested.
    Though I didn't get what I paid for even at a higher price than quoted the communication was very good. Beware of there guaranteed pick up and price guarantee. I surely didn't get it.

    Had a great experience with SRG as I used them twice within five weeks. Nick was the driver for my wife’s *********. He was amazing and very considerate, careful, and kept us updated every step of the way. A month later I used SRG again for my Cadillac and Jeremiah was good too! No damage or issues either time!
