    A rip off. They employ a bait and switch strategy. They rope you in with a contracted price and then, when it is too late to change, they hit you with a massive price increase. I placed my order almost a month prior to pick up. I was told my car would be picked up within a 3 day window. I checked 2 days prior to the first scheduled day of pick up and was reassured they were confident in their ability to find a driver within the three-day window and that they would keep me updated throughout the process. I was never updated so I called in on the 4th day to get a status and learned they did not even have a driver yet. The next day, day 5, I still did not hear anything so I called again and was told they were confident they would find a driver. Finally, late in the day on day 5, I received a call that they had located a driver at a cost premium of almost 50% over my contracted price with a pick up on day 6!! By this time I had to take it as I really had no choice, I was back home, 1500 miles away from the car.
    Then, to top it off, I called in to get the President’s e-mail address to register my complaint and was told I could not have it. My only option was to send a message to the customer service people who would forward it. Of course, the President never got back to me
    The service and pricing policy stated on their web site is a complete fabrication which bears no resemblance to the truth. I have rarely been treated as poorly and I can’t remember a time when I felt as cheated both in delivery and price as I felt on this transaction. BEWARE of using them.

We would like to clarify that dispatchers came across an option to not delay your shipment any further, but the decision to accept or decline this option is entirely up to you. We understand if you chose to decline the option, and we will continue working on the shipment as usual.

    We were in a rush to move a vehicle from FL to Ohio. We had a great 2 day turn around, and the driver updated along the way. SGT called before the transporter left to make sure we were satisfied as well. 10/10 recommend

    One star because zero stars is not possible. There are many companies that offer the same service - use one of them instead.
    I had to call 3 times to have my order verified (aka after they had my cc info). The carrier I was assigned did not call me at any point during the pick up and delivery process. For east coasters, would highly recommend using a different carrier if you are assigned to Dunamis out of MA. They were late to pick up my vehicle by 4 days (allegedly due to a breakdown, but they never called to communicate this). I only knew my vehicle was picked up because my dealership told me. I called to asked about a delivery time. The next day, the delivery window came and went - no communication. I had to call to find out it would be delayed until the next day due to weather. I was guaranteed 7am delivery and at 6:58 the delivery driver told me he overslept and would be late. I would not be home that day and was told they could not deliver the next day. With no other option, I accepted delivery of my brand new vehicle via FaceTime, with the keys left in the gas cap. Completely unacceptable. SGT seemed to think this was fine and was unhelpful in securing a discount (or offer one themselves) for the experience. They sided with the carrier and told me because it was past the delivery date they could not help.
