    One day from invoice to pickup my car and 1 day to get it to me. Cannot ask for more than that. They strap the car down by the tires, I liked that very much. Driver was courteous and knowledgeable. Equipment appeared well maintained. I will use them again if the need arises.

    I was contacted by SGT on the day my car was delivered. Apparently, you cannot pay by credit card if the amount exceeds $2000. My car was shipped one day early than scheduled. The phone number for the shipping company they provided me was wrong but I was contacted by the driver. The driver was really nice explaining the process and estimation of arrival time. He was easy to reach. SGT call center told me that I can pay by cashier check but the driver did not accept it. I had to pay by *****. The company name that was given to me to put on the check was wrong anyway. Overall the process is somewhat smooth apart from the miscommunication in the beginning.

    Secure and successful transport. Driver was professional and helpful during drop off and pick up. But I wish there had been more communication around when the automobile would be picked up, dropped off, and then how to pay at drop off. I also had to take a 20min Uber ride to meet the driver at the location he chose to drop the car. I thought I would be able to select a location closer to my home. I also had no heads up that the driver was near the area and was called once he was at the drop off location. This was very inconvenient and with more communication, I could have planned better. I also did not realize I could not pay with credit card. Im sure this was stated in the documents I signed, but it was not emphasized, so I showed up unprepared to pay correctly.

    It went pretty good.the estimated time was a little off but for the most part everything went well.the driver kept in touch and was very professional .at the end my Zelle wasnt working properly.so I had to get cash.so that was the only problem.*********************
