    Car arrived in evening around 8:20pm. That was disappointing. Driver was very helpful. I had to call to find out when pickup in ********** would be. Communication can be better. Otherwise I would use you again.

    Having never shipped a car before, I had quite a bit of trepidation about the whole process. I started by researching reviews online, and it became apparent that SGT was THE solution to my problem. I called and actually got a LIVE person! Not a recording, not a robot, but a live person who listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable about proceeding. From that moment, the entire experience has been a success. Everything went as described to me, the communication was excellent and the service was stellar. My car was picked up and delivered exactly as I was told it would be. The transporter was so friendly, professional and careful in handling my car, and it arrived in perfect condition. For someone like me, who had no idea what I was doing, because this was my first experience shipping a car, I am so grateful and appreciative that I chose SGT, and I highly recommend them!!!

    I highly recommend SGT if you are thinking about transporting a vehicle. The price was very reasonable as well. They were very helpful and I liked that I could chat with them if I had questions. They picked up my car on the date I selected and delivered it faster than expected. The driver kept us informed when he was on his way to pick it up and text several times when he was getting close to dropping it off.
