      ordered two Kayak covers that the company said would fit on a hobie PA 14s. what came was a zippered bag to put a canoe or a non fishing kayak in. Our kayaks are large and are on a trailer and need a cover not a bag. they say it their covers have a guaranteed fit. they will accept the return but with a 18% restocking and convivence fee. there is no supervisor available to talk to. if they would have sent a cover and not a zippered bag I would not be wanting to return them. I think the 185 restocking is ridiculous and want a full refund because they sent a bag instead of a cover.

      purchased a jetski cover from them, I sent them photos that the cover does not fit at all. They have refused to refund any money, although their website says they will accept refunds.

      I bought this seal skin car cover for my 1959 ***** village station wagon and when I ordered it they stated that it would be the correct fit for my car after receiving the cover and I put it on it did not fit at all I have contacted the company and they want me to send this one back and pay half of the price of another one until they get theirs back then they would refund me my money I have tried to tell them I can not take this cover off my car until I get the one that fits because the car has just been restored and I can not leave it exposed they have refused to bend at all even though this is their fault I hope you can help me in this matter I need the new car cover first and do not feel like I should half of another cover when they have not got this one right I did reach out to the owner ********************** by finding his number on my ow because the person(s) and supervisor I spoke with refused to let me speak with anyone in their corporate office pleas help as soon as u can before they try to say I have had the cover to long to return thank you *****************************

      Hi *******, thank you for reaching out again. I understand your frustration and concerns, however, I regret to inform you that in this case we must stick by our policy. We are unable to ship out a cover first without you returning the one that needs to be exchanged. The only way we can do this is with the advance fee option, which our agents have informed you about. This advance fee is fully refunded. Also, if the new cover doesn't fit either, you can of course return it for a refund. No worries about our 30 days policy, as long as the customer reaches out to us within 30 days of receiving the cover, and doesn't stop communication for over 3 weeks, the customer is within what our policy allows.

       Yes please. I already gave them all of this information and talked on the phone they said they could not help me what so ever because Im located in ******* 
      They are trying to give me the run around and make it to hard to get my money and damages back out of them. I tried calling them back and get no answer or reply.
      Im out the price of the tarp and also damaged to my boat. Thats what Im looking for as far as a result to gain back.

       The product is NOT 100% WATERPROOF like website says in capital letters. I have a $15,000 paint job I can't afford for this to happen AGAIN so I DONT WANT OR NEED a new cover, I need my money back so I can buy a cover that actually is 100% waterproof. This company does NOT stand by their products and customer service is a joke they will LIE to you and when caught in lie, they don't care, they said oh well we lied. I'm not one of those oh well people, I'm going to use everything in my power to recover my money!! They should be OUT OF BUSINESS with the amount of complaints there are.

       Your lying AGAIN, I submitted 1st claim with pics, we went back and forth because you expect the CUSTOMER to pay 35$ for a new cover when it was YOUR COMPANIES product that failed, then your company acts like they are doing me a favor by not charging the 35$ fee. I get new cover and it leaks worse than the first one. I have been scammed, now I have 2 useless covers. Now to top it off your company is calling ME A LIAR!! WHAT???? I CANT BELIEVE THEY WOULD EVEN SAY THAT!! I did NOT contact you again until the new cover FAILED AGAIN!! I'm big in car collecting and car shows so this is all being echoed on my car club and show sites. I'm NOT a liar or trying to rip anyone off!! BAD PRODUCT there are FB and other sites that are full of complaints about sealskins product, customer service and company!! I'm NOT a thief I just won't let a company RIP ME OFF of hard earned money!! I will say AGAIN, IM NOT A THIEF, BAD PRODUCT!!       Dear ******, no company, in this industry or otherwise, would make an exception and refund a 5 month old order, that has leaked upon usage and been replaced under warranty, without photo proof of the failure of the second cover. Nevertheless, in order to resolve this case, we will issue a full refund for you. In light of this, we ask you to refrain from bashing us online, and be understanding on why this was a difficult case for us as well.

      Expect the refund confirmation tomorrow at the latest. Might take a few days to show back into your account, but that's just banks talking to banks, really.
