      Motorcycle cover purchased in late Jun `25. Advertising indicated it was made for covering bike while towing. 1st 100 miles on 1st trip and the product cover started tearing and ripping. Fit was supposed to be for my exact model and year, but was very much not an exact fit.Upon reaching 1st destination on the road trip, filed a complaint with Seal Skin under warranty complaint. Sent pics, and was told my warranty was valid / approved - but I would need to pay $35 for shipping of replacement.I indicated that was not appropriate to have to pay a cent for a replacement (even for shipping costs) and the company should reconsider their policy on making customer pay for "shipping" of a clearly defective and falsely advertised product. Their customer service ("*****") suddenly went silent and I have heard nothing more in last 15 days from ******* NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BAD MANUFACTURER!!!

      Ridiculous. I purchased a boat cover and received it last week. Due to rain, I was only able to put it on yesterday. The cover doesnt fit. Even though I put the information on their website and the website chose this cover, it doesnt fit. So, ****** learned. We packed it up, rain is on the way, a little of tropical rain, so we decided to take more time and get the right cover. Inquired about returning this cover and was told I needed to prove it doesnt fit with 10 pictures and so forth, all within 30 days. What the heck is this all about? This company has the worst return policy ever. I didnt ask them to prove it would fit my boat with 10 pictures, I trusted their expertise and purchased the cover they recommended. Do they believe that I want my brand new boat to sit out in the weather uncovered. How am I supposed to do this in the pouring rain? IT Doesnt Fit!! Nobody is at fault. I should be able to send it back in brand new condition. You can take this cover and see if it fits my boat or you can simply reciprocate the courtesy I showed you by purchasing your recommendation without asking for proof. You are stalling to get the information after the 30 day period. Ill get it some how and if it ships back wet, thats on them. I planned on contacting someone to send me a replacement that would fit my boat. Not now, though. I will not have a product from a manufacturer that assumes their customers are liars. The only liar is Seal Skin. Their website recommended a cover that doesnt fit. I plan on spreading this message to every review site on the net. I will also add the results of their customer service. I hope it is positive because I hate writing negative reviews!

      I ordered a cover for my 2008 malibu wakesetter. The company sent me the wrong cover, so I sent the cover back. They are charging me a 18% restock fee for a mistake they made. Stay away from this company. ******** customer service.

      Hi there, Im sorry you experienced fitment issues. We did mention that we offer free exchanges, but you opted not to proceed with that. We also have a restocking fee for returns and refunds. That said, we understand your frustration and will reach out to work with you to resolve the issue.

      Absolute WORST fitting car cover. As far as my car its complete false advertising. After receiving the cover that doesnt fit I made an anonymous call to customer service saying I bought one of their covers that looked like new in a yard sale and asked what the code on the cover fit, the agent told me it fits their largest sedan, I asked any specific year or make, no just their largest sedan. So why when ordering online do they ask for year make and model? After going back and forth with customer service I finally spoke to a manager he told me Id get a refund but Id have to pay an 18% restocking fee, WHY?? They sold me something that will never fit so I have to pay for their false advertising?? I told him no and asked who owns the company, he said he couldnt give me that information, well its public so I wrote the owner at never got a response and also found out Sealskin is under the umbrella of another company. So I posted a 1 star review on Trust Pilot, the very next day I received a call from **** trying to resolve this, she offered 50% refund and I could keep the cover, I declined and went back and forth with her, I told her dont call me back unless its a full refund, a few days later I get a call from her again, she says great news, theyll issue me a full refund IF I take down my review. I told her Ill add to it about the refund but it still doesnt fit and why should other people have to go through this BS? She said thats the only way Ill get a refund so again I declined. To me its worth the money I lost to let people know what a pile of c*** these covers are and if you go to ******** reviews on ********, complaint after complaint as well as Reddit and Trust Pilot. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!! In my case and hundreds maybe thousands more, its full on false advertising, there is zero snug fit as their ads claim Youve been warned

      This company is a joke please stay away from them their product is garbage it's made in ***** it's this thin crappy material the same one that I got at ******* for $29.99 I paid $129.99 with silk skin car covers! They offered me 15% refund to take my reviews off of these sites I never received a ***** please don't get taken advantage of like I did stay away from this company!

      Seal skin as a company is the best. Have been using there cover for years. My cover recently became ineffective with its durability due two years of excessive storm, hurricanes and sun exposure. Contacted seal skin about a warranty exchange, i sent the request requested pictures for proof and within two days my warranty was approved and my new cover was being shipped out. They provide excellent customer service and quality products.

      This was my first experience with Seal Skin. I made an administrative mistake and reached out to them after hours through email, expecting a resolve in a couple days. I received support from a customer service *** almost immediately of whom transferred me to the proper *** for a resolve. It was handled professionally and immediately, very impressive response time.Several days following, I reached back to customer service for an order update and received the exact professional customer service assistance. I must congratulate Seal Skin on their customer service department; it is truly impeccable. I am now looking forward to receiving my products, and if their products are just as good or better than their customer service department, then I am over 100% satisfied.

      Seal Skin has a great website that's easy to navigate, and stands by their products. I also received great customer support in getting a second cover for my 1986 Celebrity. I've pampered this boat since I bought her new and have owned several covers over the last 39 years. Seal Skin has the best value for the buck - by far!

      Complete garbage, falling apart! Brand new premium cover falling apart in just 3 months of normal use, not even used everyday or in bad weather. The covers they sold years ago were good material. Now they are cheap junk!
