      Always my favorite cover . This last one didnt last long in the Vegas heat, but I got a replacement ( cost $35 for the warranty ). Quick service and communication.

      I used the chat feature to assure that I ordered the correct jet ski cover (they told me what cover to buy), it didnt fit as advertised as a snug fit, and would have blown off in the first storm, so I asked for one that did fit. The second one didnt fit around the jet ski and apparently they are out of options of what will fit. So instead of a full refund which I am asking because they cannot provide me with an adequate cover, they want me to take back the first cover. They will not provide me a full refund of my money even though their website states guaranteed fitif the elastic goes around the base of your jetski they call that a good fit and will not give you a full refund. They dont honor guaranteed fit and the cover is not snug fit.

      I bought a cover from Seal Skin for my Nitro boat, made to fit and worked great. A few years later, a severe storm came through and I returned home to find the cover torn badly. I contacted ***** at customer support, followed his instructions, and was sent a replacement cover for my boat for essentially the cost of shipping. The process was easy, concise, and professional. Given the need I will gladly do business with Seal Skin Covers again in the future.

      Purchased the supreme cover for my boat. Fast shipping. It fit so tight I had to remove my trolling motor for it to work. I contacted them and they sent me another top within a week. This one fit over my trolling motor too. Excellent customer service and product. Im hard to please, and I am pleased.

      Horrible!! Liars! 18% restocking fee for defective cover! They did not keep their guarantee. The cover was 2' too large all around the van. It blew off the van when we were out of town even though it was tied down. It was returned and they sent out another one rather than returning and crediting. I had to spend precious time returning the second one too. They received the 2nd one in April and still have not credit me. I had to dispute it with my credit card. They lied to my credit card, so I have to spend all this time proving supporting docs.

      Silk Skin,Is Good to their Word on Lifetime Guarenteed Covers...Two of mone I have Had for 3 Years were Weather Beaten being in The Florida Sun and They had no Problem in Replacing mine for just the Shippng Cost..I am Very Satisfied Doing Business With Them...Give Them 5 Stars...
