      Ordered cover on 7/22/2022. The cover was not delivered as of 8/15/2022 and a lost package was filed with **** Called sealskins and they said that they had no information on the package and it was *** fault that they lost the package. Followed up with *** and they told me the shipper ask to not share any information with me. I pressed on and told them what ********* said and *** told me the package wasn't lost but damaged and the shipper is aware. ( total lie from sealskins) I called sealskins back and told them what *** said and he said management would email me. The whole team is onboard the first email was I received the cover, the next person I talked to said to call *** it was not there issue and the.next was I will let management know.and they will respond thru email. I ask to talk to management.and he said he doesn't talk to management, only they emails.I find it hard to believe people lie right to you and feel good about it. A total scam. Do not do business with this company. Wouldn't give them one star if I was able.

      Do Not Buy From Seal Skin Cover! They took my money - I NEVER RECEIVED THE COVER AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME! Literally, they stole my money!!!! I have messages where they state they are refunding me and I will have the refund in 24 - 48 hrs. It never shows up!!! The customer service team barely understands English!! TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not be fooled by the lower prices

      We ordered the cover for a 2022 Bulls Bay CC with TTop. Called them 3 times to verify it would fit a TTop. When it came it did not fit a TTop. They charged a 20% restocking fee even though it was there fault.

      I ordered a motorcycle cover from Seal Skin Covers. They sent me the wrong cover so it does not fit. In asking why after me giving them the correct information they would send me a different cover all I get is......Thank you for submitting your request. Unfortunately, the process cannot go further. Your exchange claim has been denied because your order is an International order and considered Final Sale. Your cover does not fall under our return policy. Please make sure to review our policy in detail. Be return low is our return policy. RETURN POLICY:We will gladly ship your product overseas; however, these orders are not eligible for free shipping, free exchanges, or returns and may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These fees are not determined until the product crosses the border; therefore, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. All International orders are final.All I asked and paid for was a cover that fit my bike. I have to say do not deal with this company
