      This product is junk. Made in *****. Says lifetime, 10 year *************** one lasted about a year. Cost 35 dollars to get it replaced under warranty. It lasted 6 months and your warranty is not any good after they replace the first one. So they give you a product that they know won't last anywhere near the warranty. So you pay 200 dollars for a 1 year cover .

      The 5 year warranty is a joke. 1st cover disintegrated in 4 months. They replaced it and the second one lasted a year and disintegrated. They said I had already used my warranty on the first exchange. So basically I had two covers that only lasted a year and a half!!!! **********************

      My seal skin cover did not fit for my jet ski...called them and they said they would send out a new one. i asked why the first one did not fit they said it happens. I said i wanted my money back as i do not think the second one would be any better. i gave them originally the year, make and model number of the jet ski but it was a good 8 inches short when trying to put it on. **************** said if I wanted a refund it would be a 18%. restocking fee.I asked why. It was not the correct one. She then started talking a foreign language. I give up !!! ****** company for sure.......

      This company is a scam, They promise me that the seal skin covers will fit my 2011 truck, Well it did not so I called customer service, No one could speak English well, And when I ask to speak to a supervisor they seed that they did not have a supervisor there, that I hade to e mail them, I was just trying to exchange a truck for one that would fit properly on the truck. Never again I will never order a car or a truck cover from here. Now for there rating, ******************* ************** How to speaking English-** ********** customer's-** Business ethics-** All in all a big fat F.

      Sales rep sold me the wrong size boat cover,(my boat was not in their drop down list) sales rep ensured an easy exchange if any fitment issues arise.I opened up a request ticket and received an automated response, I sent in my boat information with the brochure documents that way there would be no confusion. Days go by and no response from email, I called sealskin and they cannot find the request # and informed me to submit a second request. Company ghosted me for several days and lone behold my 30 exchange is up. Now the company will respond back in timely manner just to say its past the 30 day exchange window.

      This company promised to ship my item within ***** hours, they also make that claim on their website. They create A shipping label the day you order but don't ship it. Once the shipping label is created they won't let you cancel. My package wasn't shipped for 12 days. I disputed the charge with ****** as the company wouldn't let me cancel but because I finally received the item 16 days later ****** denied my dispute. Sealskin is a scam company and creates the label on day one purposely so that you cant cancel and then ships when ever they feel like

      Spoke to a representative from Seal Skin via chat named ****. I was assured this was the correct cover for our **** ****** 200 extended swim platform with wake tower. **** even sent me a picture via chat showing the cover on a wake tower boat and explained the cover had slits that would adjust around the poles.And it begins. Cover arrives, we do not see any slits for a wake tower. We tried putting on the boat, its about 2 feet too short and the small elastic piece that is to hold the cover at the front nose of the boat comes unstitched.I immediately fill out the form on their website. I give all details. They approve a warranty claim: meaning I pay $35 to help to ship back to them and they send me the exact same cover. Remember, the one that doesnt fitI call customer service. Very rude & no help at all. Tells me they will update the warehouse and for me to watch for another email. Also they tell me there isnt anyone else I can talk to.The above repeated itself over 5 different times.The last email received from them to day:Thank you for submitting your request. Unfortunately, the process cannot go further. Your exchange claim has been denied because your order has been Damaged. Your cover does not fall under our return policy. Please make sure to review our return policy in detail. Below is our return policy. RETURN POLICY:With Seal Skin Covers, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase no worries we can help. You can return or exchange your order. (Returns and exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging or your return or exchange can be denied).       **************** is totally NON EXISTENT at Seal Skin. They sent me a mismatched frame and cover. I'm okay with a mistake, the problem was when I called after sending an email and opening a trouble ticket. Every day l told them I needed this fixed by the next weekend and they kept telling me Management was emailing me that day. I constantly asked for escalation and was told they had no way to do that and I should await an email. It came after 5 days. They acknowledged the problem and advised I'd get a return label in 48 hours, then they would send a replacement 48 boots after receipt of the return which would then take 4 to 5 days in shipping. All in all, over 2 weeks to fix their error. Never could I talk to a manager and never did they care about the issue. I'm returning the top and not accepting a replacement.
