  They did a great job on our move: First, a truly professional experienced relocation consultant made a personal visit and logged everything. Then, we got a "real" fee quote that they never deviated from (even when a few surprises came up). Finally, a truly competent, caring, professional crew led by an obviously smart and capable ******* turned up and just got the job done. We were almost a little bit shocked by how well it went. Summary: this wasn't an easy move; they performed flawlessly; and never tried to ************* ** on the fee. We will recommend FlatRate to everyone we know.

  The ************** was incredibly polite, professional and friendly. They dealt with our insanely heavy antique furniture without a single complaint and even made it look relatively easy, although I know it wasnt. Thank you for supporting what can be a very stressful process, in a positive way.

  I genuinely cannot write a more outstanding review for FlatRate Moving. I've dealt with movers before and typically you'll find an average experience at best. However, this was not the case with FlatRate. The attention to detail and care that went into my 2-bed apartment was unmatched. I felt like my possessions were in safe hands the entire trip from ** to ***. All boxes were in perfect condition, and they even set up all the furniture back in our new apartment. If you are moving in ** or ***, I cannot stress using FlatRate Moving enough.

  Everyone we dealt with, from the person who assessed our belongings for the move, to the dispatcher office, and especially to the fantastic, hard working movers, -every employee was professional, caring, helpful and efficient.We had a large, complicated move to storage and then out of storage to our new home. Nothing was lost or damaged. They packed us and then delivered and set up the furniture, including a baby grand piano, with expertise. We highly recommend FlatRate!
