      The company was great to deal with. They wanted to ensure my business and went above and beyond to do so. The initial call with ******** went well to get a clear sense of the items which would be moved. Then, the movers - **** and his team - arrived early, and finished well before their estimated time. Additionally, they took care to wrap and secure all items and did not sacrifice safety for efficiency. I would highly recommend their service!

      Flat Rate Movers has handled six moves for me over 25 years. Every experience has been a positive one, including my most recent move last week. The scheduling team is helpful and communicative. The moving team was professional, polite, careful with my belongings, and efficient. Highly recommend.

      The move with Flat Rate movers was professional from start to finish. The movers were on time, very polite and extremely strong and careful. No damage at all! Thanks to ******** and the crew. The one complaint I had was with the app -- it never recognized the move, weirdly. But when I called dispatch, they answered quickly and accurately, and so the app wasn't really needed

      Ive used Flat Rate 3 times over 10 years and theyre FANTASTIC. I wouldnt use any other mover unless I had to. They are true PROFESSIONALS and its clear the company cares about its customers.
