      I bought a 2022 *** 540i Xdrive from this company on October 3rd 2024. They gave me transit plates and its been more than a month and I havent heard anything. Ive been reaching out and no one is getting back to me. The car broke down last night for drivetrain malfunction. And I brought it in to get fixed and the mechanic even recommended that I return the car due to the shady practices. He said that all the cars they sell has issues. They are doing shady business by selling cars to people with problems and charging ridiculous prices. They are taking advantage of people and needs to be investigated.

      Hornet dodge. They ******* me to buy a car by telling me I can get cheap insurance. I did the quote myself and it came up to $600 monthly which I couldnt afford along with car note. Then one of the guys comes and says he can get me cheaper insurance for $120. Days later geico cancels my insurance and says they cant insure the car. I wonder what information they used to get insurance so low. Now Im stuck with a car with a high insurance that I wouldnt have gotten in the first place.

      I seen an ad on September 1 for a *** 330 I listed around *****k this is my first time buying a car so I went into the dealership and they decided to jack the price up completely high and try to say it was 27K because a reconditioning fees and everything I'm a first-time car buyer so I did not know and I asked for a breakdown sheet and they refused to give me one I ended up getting into the finance office and I look at the sheet it says 27K listed as the selling price and nothing under the reconditioning fee I felt a little uneasy then I was handed a paper that said all the different coverages and everything and it all came up to 32K out the door but they were trying to charge me 30 K with no coverages or AnythingI honestly feel like I was scammed because why were the car List it at 23K for me to then be charged 27 and not be shown in the breakdown Now as I was looking at other dealerships they had the same car listed for around the same price 23K and I feel like cohest to make the sale I ended up paying 30 K out the door which is kind of outrageous being that it is a 2021 car I decided to look at the trade-in price and the trade-in price of the card was 21K so now I feel like I was really scammed

      Hi my name is ***** and i brought a car from victory mitsubushi and i been trying to gwt my paperwork from the purchase of the car . I just went to have my car service and foubd out that my car service warranty was under someone else name and when i called the nimber it camw back to a ******. I have tried to get the paperwork one many day going to the dealership and going online chatting with somwone . I was told many times to go in and whwn i get there it not there and no one knows what going on. I been told many time that it would bw emailed to me and still nothing . I geel i am being scammed or something because the paperwork and the price is not what was agreed on but when i got the bill it was more and i geel somwthing they did is a fraud

      The company charged me double the price of a car that was advertised at ***** and added hidden fees the gentleman who did my financing messed up when I went to go ahead and have it corrected, it seems as if he was fired from the job. I spoke with a manager who said he would assist me two months ago, however I am yet to be assisted on this matter.

      When I was quoted the price of the vehicle I was advised that it was $13997 plus registration,sales tax by New York State and the *** plates no one advised me about any hidden fees they gave me there from 10 am to 11pm even tried to upsell me in which I rejected. I put $7000 towards the cost of $13997. When I saw the total of $28000 I was advise my the employee that it was the original cost of the vehicle when the previous owner had bought it. 
      ****** advised me that $7000 was for there mandatory fees in which I was not advise of from the point of sale. The $7000 is inclusive of what he said is $3000 for extended warranty but when I spoke with the loan company they say the extended warranty is included in the loan amount also please verify what you mean when you say disclaimer??

      Absolutely horrible experience.i went in there for a used *** 330i. It was made very clear as soon as i walked in that was the car that i was interested in and i was already pre-approved. The sales *** ******** waited until about an hour and half later to tell me that the car wasn't available due to transmission issues. After letting ****** know that i was no longer interested in any other vehicles due to the dishonesty, he then told me that he'd work out the pricing for another car that was similar. During that time my wife had to use the bathroom and as she was walking out of the bathroom another sales *** began screaming derogatory slurs to her which caused me to leave without notice.After leaving i went to another car dealership to see if i can get the car i wanted. At that dealership i came to learn that Victory Mitsubishi ran my credit over TWENTY TIMES which caused my credit to decrease by over 60 points.If i could give this place 0 stars i for sure would, this place is GARBAGE

      On 7/20/2024 I went I to a car dealership in the Bronx, NY Victory Mitsubishi to look at and purchase a vehicle. I was greeted by ***********************. He took my information then showed me a few vehicles. I settled on purchasing a black 2021 **** Q8 premium plus . Before siging the purchase order papers I noticed that the vehicles tires were all bald with no threads and only one key fob was available. I told this to ******. He assured me he would take care of it an let his managers ****** and **** now to get new tires and the second key fob for me. So I gave the Manager ****** $8,000 as a down payment and sign the necessary for the vehicle. A few days after being at home with the vehicle I tried to call both ****** and the managers to get an update on my new tires and key fob but could not reach them I left many messages, emails and text but now one returned my calls or messages. I just need to get my 4 new tires and second key fob for the vehicle thank you.

      I financed a vehicle from victory Mitsubishi December 1st of 2023. Soon as I got the vehicle the breaks were bad and the car was making a lot of strange noise I contacted them they fixed my breaks and rotors free of charge in march 2024. About a month later my car is still making noise they continue to say its my breaks getting broke in. Now fast ***************** very beginning my AC is blowing warm air but the cold air will work occasionally. I go to a dealership they charge it works for two days and stops. They say it is a compressor issue so I go to a local ****** dealership they say its a condenser issue now and that is was caused to break in an accident. In the entire 7 months Ive had my vehicle Ive gotten into 0 accidents so why should I have to pay to fix an issue that Came with the vehicle. I live in ** so I didnt need to use my air conditioner until recently but I know for a 100% this is their fault.

      Yes, they are stating they are not obligated to do maintenance on the house which is absolutely True but considering the fact they sold me a vehicle with MULTIPLE issues already that is a complete scam and should be on the house. Like I stated and multiple people have came to the conclusion this vehicle had physical damage internally since Ive purchased it . But if theyd like we can take this matter to the courts instead and handle it there.

      On May 11th, 2024, I visited Victory Mitsubishi to buy a 2018 *********** Accord. I was informed that the car was no longer available due to high mileage and they were selling it for a higher price than the miles were on it. We finally settled on a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES, which was from what I saw as a $24,000 car. The sales person told me that they would need $1000 more to put down, so I put down $5,000 on the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Also an insurance policy for $1800. Everything was all in cash the day I went to the dealership and they knew ahead of time. I then asked for copies of their documentation and was told they will be given to me at the end. After completing all paperwork, I still left the facility with no documentation of purchasing the car. The next day, I still had no paperwork for the car still. I was calling, leaving voicemails and being transferred to managers with no responses for weeks. I finally heard back from the salesperson three weeks later, and the broker is working on fixing the issue. A week later, I received a letter in the mail stating that my payment failed for ***** causing the insurance policy to be canceled again. I went into the dealership a few weeks after the sales person ran me in circles with no actual answers. I got into the dealership the first day for the sales manager to tell me he does not know where my alleged $1800 that I gave the salesman for my insurance is. On June 27th, I spoke to a man who introduced himself to me as the general manager named ****** *****, who apologized multiple times for the situation. He agreed to give me a check to compensate for my stole money and for the upcharge in payments I did not know of. I left the dealership with a check amounting to $2520. I am now stuck paying $700 a month for a car with no features, not knowing what my original loan agreement is, looking for my own insurance after paying someone else to do so and I dont know what my warranty actually consists of.

      I have been back to that showroom multiple times in the few months that I have had the car. I come from out of state that drive is not short. I am tired of getting baited back to the dealership and having to re-explain my story multiple times to multiple people and nothing I mean absolutely nothing gets done except me being ran around in more circles this is the document they sent me when I asked for all of my documents from the day I bought the car. I signed way more then one sheet of paper and I went over way more paper then what they are trying to say is all of my documentation.
