To whom it may concern: Hello, to you I am reaching out to your office for help and assistance, myself and husband was scam into buying a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 vehicle. We were not given purchase and finance documents, also maintenance documents. I know have those documents. We came into the dealership on 12-12-2024, to purchase a vehicle, we wanted a larger vehicle, however, the salesperson, said we could only be approved for this vehicle. I even asked if we could get another vehicle, same price range, they said no only this one it with the program. They said in about three months come back and refinance and we can get another vehicle, larger, this vehicle is cute but not safe, they also said they were putting us in a program which helps your credit, we thought it was good, however, the interest is *****, the cost of car $21.562.58, car payment is $794.94. We have no paperwork which explain the program. I called Victory Mitsubishi on February 19, 2024, Ms. *** pickup my phone call, I told her I would come with husband April 1, 2024, she said ok, However, when, we came a young lady help us, she then says finance department close, call back tomorrow, from April 2, 2024, to present we are getting the run around, no help.

On 3/16/2024 I purchased an Audi A3 2015 for the sum of $14,072. I waited for hours to receive the car. When I finally got it, their salesman told me I can't drive it because the insurance wouldn't be active until the next day therefore he drove me and my husband back home. I later sent my husband to the store and the car broke down. Unfortunately, the dealership was closed so we reached out the next day. I explained what happened they told me to tow the car which I did. I requested a refund but they told me to give them an opportunity to fix the issue. The dealership mechanic contact me a day later that the problem was solved. I drove to get my daughter from school and got stuck there because the car had broke down once more. I again inform them of the situation and my car was towed to the dealership. They called me two days later said it was fixed. I drove the car for about three days and it broke down. When contact the dealership I told I wanted a refund he said he won't be able to do that and I'm on my own. I then got the car towed to the Manhattan Audi dealership twice and was given estimate of about $4800 to fix the issue but unfortunately they was unable to. I was informed that the parts in car wasn't Audi manufactured, it's not drivable and shouldn't have been sold. The Manhattan dealership told me to contact the better business bureau and if anything they write their mechanics assessment. I spent over $20,000 for a vehicle that doesn't work, this can not be legal. These people need to be held accountable.

I blocked my phone number when calling to make an appointment to see a vehicle advertised on CARFAX, Autotrader and the business own websites for $13,995 but was forced to provide an email address in order to see the car as I did not want to be bombarded by marketing calls. The dealership somehow circumvented my lack of providing my phone number, emailed, called and texted me.Drove over an hour one way, liked what I saw and wanted to purchase it.I was told the internet price was NOT the selling price and only applied to a financed purchase. My offer was for cash. The sales manager that left me waiting for over an hour finally came to advise the above after I told the sales person I was going to leave. First and foremost, I told the salesperson upfront my offer was a cash deal and NOWHERE in their advertising was it stated that the sales price was any different regardless of how it was being purchased. Contrarily, the following statement was noted on their site:*Disclaimer:There is a $175 doc fee applied to all vehicle sales regardless of the source of funds used to purchase the vehicle. All pricing and details are believed to be accurate, but we do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. The selling price is the same REGARDLESS of the source of funds used for the purchase. The prices shown above, may vary from region to region, as will incentives, and are subject to change. All cars are sold cosmetically As-Is. Vehicle information is based off standard equipment and may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Call or email for complete vehicle specific information. Price does not including tax, title, license, destination charges, finance charges, or any reconditioning.Theres more but I didnt have room in this complaint.Clearly, it stated The price is the same regardless Of the source of funds. ************************************************************************************************************************* deceptive business practices! Applied for a loan and was fully approved through USAA. USAA recommended **************** and i found a vehicle using the TrueCar buying service. When i found a desirable vehicle after a week of searching i took the steps to secure the online price, contact the dealership, and streamline the process. I was given an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle. When i arrived early for the appointment i was very honest and upfront about all of the above and acted in good faith. The rep from the dealership informed me the vehicle was out on a test drive. He also said that if i get lucky and the customer doesnt buy that vehicle that i can then pursue the vehicle myself but that i would have to wait an indefinite amount of time. The selling point on the dealership was transparency, but the practice was inherently deceptive. This should have been a quick sale as i had everything already done. The appointment was meaningless and did not reserve a time slot with the vehicle nor did it **** the vehicle as pending sale. I just want the vehicle i already applied for and for the dealership to be true to their word.

On August 26, 2023 I went in Victory Mitsubishi to purchase a car I was pre- approved for the car under $10,000 with a $4,000 down payment. They told me it was conditional approval the manager states that they offer a 3 month program for first time buyers and that I have to accept a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi outlander and I had to pay the payments on time for 90 days. I originally declined because I never heard of this program before but they brought over another sales person and they assured me that this is best option to get into the vehicle I initially wanted I finally agreed and they gave me the Mitsubishi outlander 2023.I went back 90 days later to return the car and they told me they have no idea what I am talking about and they lied and ruined my life and many others. Now I am homeless. This dealership also conducts bait and switch advertising which is unlawful

it is 90 days until the title arrives, to our understanding you chose to finance through Mitsubishi's captive and wanted alternative financing at a later date. That work is done on your own, and after you receive the title (within 90 days of purchase)

Hi My name is ********************* and I had purchased a car from Victory Mitsubishi March 9th, 2024. The purchase price of the car was $10,995 dollars. ******, the financial person wrote up my contract. I noticed that there were some discrepancies. I had text, called and emailed, ***** the sales person that took care of me, and ******* one of the managers, they refuse to get back to me and that when I had already spoken to ******* and we came up on an agreement the he would deduct the ***** dollars off the bill. He did not keep his word. Bili another manager, in which I had emailed him my concerns and he did not respond. ***** another manger in which I spoke too and he had me wait over an hour before *********************** manager came to speak with me. I express to him that according to *** **** from Capitol One, the purchase price of the car is NOT on the contract. ********* claims that they add fees to the purchase of the car. I asked him what extra fees its not listed in any box in the contract. They charged me 2, 999 dollars for an "ad" fee and another ***** dollars for service contract that I NEVER agreed upon and he stated none of the fees can be removed. I told him and showed him the Use Vehicle buyer Bill of rights and stated that they cannot do this add add ONS on the purchase of the car. He stated he was sorry and cannot remove the hidden charges! I couldn't believe it! I told him I wanted the general manager, contact information because I was going to file a complaint with him as he walked away. He came back and said, I will remove the ***** dollars off the bill. He said that he will have Ayah call me with the details the following day. Well, no one called me to confirm. I was freaking pist off! I called the dealership and the operator was putting me on hold and transferring me to a line that no one was picking up. Finally when someone did answered, her name *********, I told her I was ******* on by these guys and I don't want to speak with any of them. I want the name of the general manager so I can speak with him. She gave me his name and looked him up on ********* leaving him a message to please call me. and to this day, I am waiting for him to respond. I had called Capitol One with all of my concerns and may it clear to them that I will be paying my payment but that does NOT mean I agree with the contract. I just don't want my credit in bad standings. I faxed the ad of the car I purchased to Capitol One and asked them to help me with this. They have to be held accountable for their fraud. Because you see, if they admit they are in the wrong, they would have to pay Capitol One that money back and they will not do that. They prefer for me to pay for their greed.

You purchased the vehicle at the online price and purchased the warranty, if you'd like to cancel the warranty on a 81k mile vehicle please let us know. The average dealer would charge over $4,000 for this type of warranty, we charged $2,000. Cancel the warranty but please be aware that at this point in time there is no dealer coverage, manufacturer coverage, and now if you cancel the warranty you have no extended coverage. Just because we are a car dealer and if there is a misunderstanding, it does not automatically mean malicious intent. Entirely up to you as to how you want to proceed.

After purchasing my vehicle, I noticed the check engine light and front left running light needed repairs. I made a service appointment with the dealership to have the brakes serviced. The check engine light had several codes that needed to be fixed, which the dealership did. However, the front left daytime running light has not been repaired yet. Despite my request to the service department, the dealership refuses authorization to fix the light. Furthermore, the car was purchased with the understanding that the dealership will handle all necessary repairs through their service department. Unfortunately, this is the third time that the vehicle has been brought back to the dealership for the same repair, and the problem still persists.

I was supposed to be a cosigner but I never went into the dealership.I was supposed to be a cosigner and ended up as the FULL buyer. The person I was cosinging for information is not on the paperwork. I did not receive a copy of the paperwork. The person I cosigned for left the dealership with the car. And they are saying her name isn't on any documents. And I never was there for the purchase of the car. The car is registered to a person I do not know. That person isn't the person I was cosigning for. The papers they tried to give me that isn't my signature at all either.

On 10/14/23, I purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Victory Mitsubishi, upon arriving at the dealership, I informed the salesman( ***************************) that I like to finance an vehicle for my husband and I only had a permit, my husband has a driver license and we had no auto insurance and can he assist us. He assure us that he can, after signing the car documents, ******** ask if we know of anyone in ******** with a different address to help get auto insurance. He assure me that the insurance with be in my husband name. Upon leaving the dealership he insisted that he has to delivery the car to our home, I ask him for a copy of the insurance and he stated he will text it to me. That when i notice my friend name on the insurance and not my husband's name. I reached out to ******** and ask him why my friend's name is on the policy, he stated it should be on the back end and not on the insurance card. I ask why will they falsify the information to get auto insurance and register the car in someone else name, which i later had to spend cover a $1000 to get a new insurance and re-register my car. Due to the broker not writing the policy correctly the company cancelled the insurance on 12/19/23. After multiple of attempts of trying to get a new insurance to no avail, I had to sign up for insurance with NYAIP which was $1522 a month. I went on 2/7/24 to refinance/trade in car, ******** took my information and told me since the process will take long, the manager will email me the application status. On 2/10/24, ******** text stating the application is pending. I tried refinance/trade with another dealership and was informed I was overcharged for the car originally and was inform I will need to put down couple thousands of dollars as a down payment, which my husband and I could not afford. On 2/23/24, I surrender the car and cancel the insurance. Currently I'm awaiting for *********** to auction of the car and they will let me know of the balance still owed.

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and apologize for any inconvenience this customer may have experienced.

We have reviewed the details of the complaint and would like to clarify the following:

Vehicle Sale and Insurance: We strive to assist all customers with financing options. On the date of sale (10/14/23), we informed the customer that financing with a permit can be challenging. We offered to help them find an insurance provider, but we never condone or participate in falsifying information. We believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the insurance policy.

Refinancing: We understand the customer's frustration with refinancing. ********************** does not directly offer refinancing services. However, we can provide guidance and connect customers with potential lenders. Unfortunately, refinancing approval is ultimately at the discretion of the lender and can be influenced by various factors beyond our control.

We would like to reach out to the customer directly to discuss the situation further and see if there's anything we can do to address their concerns.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

      Sincerely,

      Victory Mitsubishi Management

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The salesperson ******** and manager was deceitful the beginning ,which cause issues like change the registration and Insurance Policy from my friend name instead of  my husband's name and spend more money to rectify. When nothing should have been in my friend's name to be begin with because as per ******** my friend address was only to use to help get my husband insurance because his license was considered unexperienced and the policy will be in my husband's name. As I have shown in my evidence, a text message where ******** is stating otherwise. Yet the manager and ******** called Geico on 10/14/23 and got the insurance in my friend's name. My friend was not in the dealership on the day of purchase and did not give permission to put the insurance in his name which is illegal.

We were told after 3 months of making on time payments we can refinance/ trade in the car, which I tried to on 2/7/23 and was told my ******** since the process takes long and I had to go to work, he would collect my paperwork and the manager will notify me later in evening on refinance status. I never receive such call, so I text ******** on 2/8/24 and did not get response until 2/10/24 stating the application is still pending. I decided not to reach back out and try to refinance with another dealership and was informed I was overcharge for the vehicle and if I wanted to refinance with their company I had to put a down payment of $4000 or more which is unaffordable for us, which left us no choice to voluntary surrender the vehicle and financial depth. Victory Mitsubishi scam vulnerable  and unexperienced customers, they force customers to leave reviews, which I went back and edit, so this not happen to others and file a complain with BBB.
