      Worst dealership .and August 23 2023 I when to the about Victory Mitsubishi address:***************************,Bronx, ** 10475-1108 with the intention of get the outlander Mitsubishi I was told by salesperson ************ that I wasnt qualified for the Mitsubishi outlander however he told me that I could get the Mitsubishi eclipse **** and if I did payment on time for 3 month I can trade in eclipse for the outlander now August 23 would be 3 full month I when to the dealership to trade in my vehicle for the outlander I was told the assistant manger tell the salesperson I should come back after the holiday..I ask why ? So I ask to see him however the sale guy came back and told me he said he must let me do the application I did not he run my credit and run my co-signer as well few hours later the sale person came to told me I wasnt approve so again I ask to speak to the manager because something didnt seem right .. the manager come he was mad rude for a manager the way he talk to me his like I was begging him a flavor this was is words you dont got it on paper to say we have an agreement to you return the car so you re stuck with it .it your when I call the police he told me there not going to come is there anything else I can help u with Im finish with u as in he tell me to get out now I reach out the general manager I was told he was on vacation I reach to the assistant manager *****************************, Business Manager with Victory Mitsubishi..I reach to her sale assistant manager she told she will get back to me no response ..when I told him Im going to leave the car and the lot he told me if I do so he will have it delivered to my address it me ant way.i will not stop until I get to the bottom of this SCAM If you check my credit report you guy pull my report more then 5 times 2 give people what they can afford and not what you guy want to sell me is we the customers have to live with it forever we pay for it not u all.it hard to build a-credit score and it easy for you guy to keep taking from it ..not and breaking it down not even a star u should get He told me I only pay one payment that a lie how the h*** I got a vehicle from August to November and is only one payment and my vehicle was been tall Tollway for missing payments or late payment Scammers I will such shop somewhere else

      On 10/9/2023, I made the decision to invest in a brand new outlander sport GT fromelizabet, However, shortly after taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed a series of significant issues that have substantially affected my confidence in the car's performance.* noisy cabin *uncomfortable and ****** hard seats *engine feels slow and tired over 40mph *suv is bit bumpy*vehicle was not what I expected.I chose this vehicle because of.*budget *aesthetic*size.Upon delivery st home, i noticed the suv seats were ****** firm and very uncomfortable. Next day, heading to work the terrain of the road change and I felt every bump, on the high way the suv felt great until i went over 40mph, the engine felt tired and the cabin was loud. The overall proformance of the vehicle is not what I expected. After work I drove to the dealership to report the issues. (10/10/23 at 6:30 pm Less than 24 hrs of purchase) Unfortunately, their response was less than satisfactory, as I was told I needed to return when the ** was there, which would be on Friday morning, 3 days later. On 10-13-23 i spoke with the ** who told me i cannot return or upgrade my vehicle for 3 month, because i donot have the titile. I was given a date of 1-15-2024 to return. Ive ask 3 different othere times and and was told the samething. *** reached out through emails and the phone to different departments and have not gotten a return email or call back. The vehicle was delivered to my house without a bill of sale,I have asked several times for my bill of sales and have yet to receive them. i have reached out to 5 different Mitsubishi dealers and they have all said i am able to receive an upgrade. This unfortunate situation has left me scared,disappointed and frustrated, Due to the fact that im a woman no one is listening. I honestly feel like ive been scam, not able to upgrade and not able to receive my bill of sales.I kindly requesting help in solving these issues.

      I am not satisfied with their reply, I was given the very same information before my purchase, here I am almost a month later with a vehicle I dont want and the (Bill of sale) I never received. I ask ******** for a ********************************** the glove box said 2023. I need someone to reach out to me with a name and an appointment, we need to sit and fix this situation. I have anxiety, Rheumatoid arthritis,  hyperthyroidism, I'm fighting against my own body daily, I need a comfortable vehicle to start my day.

       Thank you for informing me on this, it would have been great to have this information at purchase. What I asked for and what I received are two different things, its called dishonest, underhanded and manipulation. I am still concerned about my bill of sales. When will someone from Mitsubishi actually reach out to me so that I can upgrade and receive my bill of sales. I am tired of calling and getting no help.       I bought a car from victory Mitsubishi on November 14 of 2022 which from the beginning everything was a lie. The salesperson I had told me about a key to key exchange where the down payment I put on the Mitsubishi would go to a different car the one I really wanted once I built my credit and showed the bank I could make payments. ***** the finicial guy said the same exact thing as my sales person which I kept asking as I was signing because I didnt want to keep that car I wanted a *** at the time. They nailed me with crazy interest rates which at the time was my fault for being 19 years old but I was thinking ok I build my credit and I after 6 months get the car I really want. Well none of that happened and 6 months later said I would have to trade the car in and put a new down payment and the key to key didnt exist. I didnt know what to do so I was able to sell my car to **** of rt23. The manager there told me I had warranty reimbursement due to the fact I sold it under **** miles and didnt use any of the services. I drove 2 times from Jersey to the Bronx and the first time was the lady for the warranty isnt here come back another time and then the next time the manager with the ponytail tried telling me that Im not owed anything and that ********* gets the money when I showed paperwork stating from Santander thar victory owes me money. Ive been calling every week speaking with different people such as ayah and ****** and promised its coming in 1 week then 2 days then the next day however nothing. I should *** for lying to me in a contract however asking only for the money thats owed but wont give it mind you I submitted paperwork July 20.

      I purchased a 2018 ****** Rav4 from this business on May 7, 2023 and was in dire need of a car so I could get to work. I had just graduated from graduate school and was willing to take on the outrageous interest rates because it was cheaper than using ZipCar and **** services. The car was in great condition until it was time to sign the paper work and I noticed that the back bumper was barely hanging on that there were cigarette ***** on the seats. I brought this to ********************************* attention and she documented that the seats and bumper would be replaced. It has been about 5 months since then and I have yet to receive any support on this promise. I need help in keeping this business accountable to providing what was promised. The company takes advantage of people of color with limited options and bad credit and is not there to provide the customer with quality service and support. Please support our community and investigate this matter to save not only myself, but others in similar positions.

      * I went into the dealership looking for a used vehicle, since my bank had pre-approved a loan, and the advertized monthly price was $300 less than what they offered. Since they apply a $6K dealer fee.* I went ahead with the purchase for a 2018 model on 08/19/2023.* On 8/26/2023 the dashboard lit showing all types of warnings. I asked my sales rep and he said I had probably fell in a pothole, which I didn't. But I was driving with a spare. So I waited to replace the tire.* After replacing tire, issue persisted where the dashboard had warning signs.* on 9/11 I brought in the car for service.* 9/19 I got an alert of speeding from my Lojack app, showing someone driving over the speed limit and my car being driven at least 60 miles away from dealership, and remaining overnight.* 9/21 the sales rep dropped off the vehicle to my home.* 9/22 I drove the vehicle for the first time, and there was a sound on the engine. Also there is a shaking feel when I turn and drive it.* 9/25 (I've been traveling), called them on 9/25 and I cannot get in touch with someone to figure out my next step with the car.At this point, I want to return it, as I'm paying $30K for a used vehicle that is giving me issues on the first week of purchase.

      Purchased vehicle 8/28/23. After reviewing finance document saw they had charged us for an auto care service for $2900 and a ************** also ($3000). Called for 3 weeks with no return phone call to seek refund and cancellation of services. On LoJack document states on bottom may cancel within 30 days of purchase and refund to be distributed by dealership. Spoke directly with a manager who stated it was part of the dealership fee and cost of car. Stated canceled LoJack already and document states can be refunded. He Stated no refund would be given as it is part of the cost of the car. Asked why it is not labeled as a dealer fee or dealer cost. He stated because it was a service. To which I again stated I canceled the service and never received or wished to receive the service. Provided document from LoJack to dealer of cancellation. Dealer again said it was included as a fee of the car and would not refund. So one document given to me by dealer that states may cancel in 30 days, and manager states this is NOT and option and will not refund. This is FRAUD. They are habitually commiting this fraud at their business and every sale robbing hundreds of consumers out of money in deceptive/fraudulent business practices.

       They have not resolved the issue.  They offered a portion of the fraudulent charge, $1000 which is only 1/3 of the $3000 they havent refunded. Their offer was refused because the fee that should be refunded according to their contract, is $3000.00  They are again attempting to lie and make false/fraudulent claims.       On 8/31/23 i was at Victory Mitsubishi seeking to finance a used Vehicle, which ended up being a 2016 Acura TLX the car salesman named ****** who helped me was very vague and did not follow my vehicle request, i considered the model of the vehicle he brought because it had less milage. I was told by the finance office representative named ***** the only way i can lower the overall price of the vehicle was to purcahse several packages that were not " Optional " and i had to purchase them in order to lower the price of the vehicle , i wasn't sure if it was true or not but the dealer insisted, so i was basically manipulated into purchasing the vehicle at a higher rate to fufill their commission , i put $7000 down on a vehicle that was only $ ****** the total amount including the packages that i wish to be refunded brought the price to $33,953.20 the amount financed on the vehicle was $21,738 , the rest is the unwanted packages i wish to be refunded

      Bait and switch. I saw a car online for 17k called the dealership multiple times and was assured car was ready to view. Once I got there I was told car wasnt available and offered other obtions. Without my consent the first thing they did was run my credit. For what car, I dont know. Then I was made to wait 3hrs. Finally they show me a car and did a test drive and paid the deposit. I was then made to wait 5 **** hours until 11pm when the financial advisor told my my interest rate was %20 and that 17k car will actually be 30k due to fees. I refuse to sigh and the financial advisor threatened to not return my deposit on I didnt sign paperwork. *****, hungry, and upset I sigh paperwork and drove 2hrs back home at ********************************************************************* the morning when I inspected the car. IT WASNT the car I test drove! This one was broken and extremely dirty everywhere. The engine light was on and the car wouldnt start. There was a horrible sound coming from the motor and it was so ***** the metal was literal melting apart. Then I proceeded to look at the paperwork. I was never shown the car facts for this car. So I first look at that. There was 5 manufactured recalls, 3 accidents, dealer repossession! I went back to dealership and no one would help me nor allow me to return the car. I threaten to *** and they say good luck with that our legal team is bigger than our customer service team. We will make you pay our legal fees. I cant believe I was scammed to this extent. I cry every day for a week. I went to police with paperwork and was told that unfortunately I was made to sigh documents starting I agreed to all of it. Worse experience of my life!

      This is ********************* and my experience at victory Mitsubishi was horrible , Fraudulent place, fraud business tactics , Baits, and forces customer to review them 5 star .Got me an insurance policy without my concern for ***** premium for 6 months paying $1800 a month , when they had told me they got me insured for $209 a month . Everything they say is false and is a lie . They Payed for the insurance without letting me know . Tried getting insurance on my own but cant get insured anywhere. I put $2000 down on a car , was the first customer in and the last one to come out . High interest rate of 14% , tried to say my credit is bad while its on the 700 and up . Refuses to let me return the vehicle that was purchased 2 weeks ago. They also made their own geico account , with my information never received any insurance letter on the mail, I had to call to gain access to view the policy and remove the phone number that was put by the dealer ship . Went back to the dealership and they tried to say insurance policys rates change after getting them and they tried saying that when they got the insurance it showed them for $209 .
