This is complaint against Victory Mitsubishi. They lied about their three months program. Lying about advertising prices. And adding over ****** fees claiming its non-negotiable and lying on my credit application claiming i make over $80k a year just to get me approved for a 40k+ car loan. They also didnt show me the car price until i signed the paper. A one of there tactics they used was a bait and switch which last time i checked in the ***************** is law Fraud and is grounds for a lawsuit. They continue to do this to numerous people and something has to change.Business Response

I purchased a vehicle from Victory Mitsubishi in the Bronx in June. Aside from the fact that they kept me and my family there for 8+ hours. I corrected the sales person when he initially took down my information that the address on my license was incorrect and I provided the correct information. They proceeded to file all of the paperwork with thw incorrect address. The temporary registration is about to expire and I have not received the new one. The *** stated they have my old address. When the address is supposed to be the one on the license of the person it is registered to. The title was supposed to come to me at my current address and that too is also incorrect. On feb 22 2023 I purchased a 2018 *** sportage EX black from this people and first thing was I went there with their advertisement price of 15.495$ then the sales man said the car has to be ****** with dealer fee , sales tax and dmw fees. We made the deal then they took my info to financial manager **** in the office and he ended up getting 27.675.31$ so then the very next day I had to bring him he car and let them there are issues that had to be addressed left side mirrors light bulb wasnt working and fuse cap right underneath the steering on the left hand side is missing and all the wires are sticking out so then they ordered the parts 2 weeks after they called me and addressed the issue then on 06/28/2023 I took the car to ************* to check transmission fluid check plus for a multi point inspection the what happened was I ended paying 792.80$ for transmission fluid, break fluid and antifreeze change which never been changed by them they just gave the car like that also here is other issues.Technician recommended the following components from multi-point inspection 1-coolant tank ( Epoxied prior to service) 2- brake vacuum booster valve assembly ( tapped together prior to service)3-Engine splash shield with hardware ( missing part prior to service) to order all these parts cost me also 730.21$And 10 days after they have arrived I had to take to service also paid 540.79$ so in total brought it up to 2,063.80$ and when I got done all these and went to them on July 6th 2023 with all the pics and receipts they refused to give me the full amount the general manager ******* or saris gave me 650$ only and 1,413.80$ still out of my packet. Note : on 06/28/2023 right after I realized the repair issues with the car after the fluid changes in the same day I tried to contact them over the phone they were careless so then went to them in person they told me to email them everything. And general manager texted me on jun 30th stating the I should come for the refundBusiness Response

On 7/7/2023, I went to Victory Mitsubishi to purchase a 2017 ****** Rouge. The car was listed for $12,995, I was charged with $2,500 online fee which I have no idea what this covered. I left a $7,500 deposit on this car. After signing the documents I noticed I was financing close to $16,000, plus the interest, which puts the price of the car at $28,000. After reveiwing the documents at home I realized I was charged close to $8,000 of add-ons that I did not request (Lowjack, road side assistance, catylac converter insurance, and a warranty). I have called and visited the dealership but I am not getting any assistance. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank youCustomer Answer

I purchased a vechile from VictoryMitsubishi.It was advertised on every website from Cargur an other websites in including their onw website for $10,995. We agreed on the price. The finance manager showed me the break down in their computer. Everything look fine until they printed the paper work. Not realizing they changed the price in the vechile. I believe the call that bait & switched. Further more car was never maintenance. Was un safe to be on the road. Tire were so low the car would go slide to side. No oil change, car filter were extremely dirty it need to be.changed. After a few days I went back and tried to explain the problem to a person name *****,He said their was no manager on that day. On 6/24/2023 we went to purchase a vehicle advertised for $14,995. We called before coming to verify price and availability. Victory confirmed price and availability. We test drove the car and we were ready to buy. We informed the salesman that we were pre approved through *********** Auto Finance and showed him the confirmation number. I requested several times that I only wanted Victory to apply for a loan at ***********, and they agreed. The salesman gave me an application that he stated I needed to fill out for ***********. I was skeptical about it, so I clearly wrote *********** Only right above my signature. About ***** minutes after taking the form I singed for ***********, the salesman take us to see the finance manager. She asks us how much we had for down payment, we stated that we had $3000. She then did some typing on the computer and said that our payments would be over $400 a month! I asked how is this possible if the car is $15K with $3K down? That's $12K! Plus taxes and registration, maybe another $2K. We should be financing $14K. She said no you will be financing over $21K, all dealers have dealer fees that make the price different from what is advertised. We declined the offer and did not purchase the vehicle. I had got an alert that my information was used to apply for several loans. I asked the finance manager about it and she said her manager is the person who runs the credit for customers. She went to get him. I asked him why they applied for credit without my permission an he replied that he was trying to get me the best rate. I told him he had no right to do so. He responded "you can dispute the inquiries and we won't challenge them. I asked for a copy of the form I signed for ***********, with *********** Only written in the signature area. He refused to give me a copy saying that he cannot give me a copy. *********** told me the loan applied for was $23,995 with $4500 down! What! The car is valued at $17K! On December 3rd I bought a car from Victory Mitsubishi. I bought the car and an extended warranty for roughly $18k for the car and $3k for the extended warranty. I never agreed to buy paint protection, LoJack, etc which was added on without my approval or attention.When I was emailed the pdf of the transaction this immediately caught my attention and I emailed and called back. About a week later I went to the shop to discuss and for a car service and I was threatened when I spoke with a man named ***** (possibly ******). As this was not going to be resolved at that time I decided to try the BBB.Victory Mitsubishis follow up to my complaint was something like call us and something about a credit report along with a phone number. I am not comfortable speaking with them without a third party involved.

I have sent many emails and attachments which seemingly have been ignored. I literally emailed victory Mitsubishi the day after in December 2022 to address these concerns. I have gotten replies where they ask me to call and then never return my voicemails.
The products they added to the contract were never okayed by me and the suppliers agree.

On 05/01/2023 me and my cousin went to the dealer to inquire about an vehicle that was listed for sale around ****. After taking the vehicle for an test drive and telling the sales rep we were already approved for an loan through an credit union the dealer ran my cousins credit unauthorized and tired to manipulate him into taking an loan through one of their banks with an higher interest rates without our knowledge after we told them numerous times don't run our credit after waiting for 5.5 hours without no prior notice of their attempts. Interest rates for car loans are determined by market forces rather than the dealership. However, it should be noted that feeling the interest rate is too high does not constitute a valid reason to dispute a credit inquiry. The issue was the credit being run by your finance company without approval to get ** sign the vehicle under one the banks your dealership partner with when we came in with an approval already from the our credit union. Like I've stated I got audio recordings of your sales rep and sales manager telling ** that our credit wouldn't be ran they just needed our information to pull up the approval from the credit union. But on our credit report I got your dealership running my credit through an different bank without my approval

So that hard inquiry on my credit I'd to be fixed before I report this to the ************** attorney general

on 4/30 went to purchase a car advertised price of *****, we called on 4/29 and asked if that was negotiable. We were told absolutely...got there and they we not negotiable, was told the internet team does not know pricing ..........,so we agree to the ***** , then after 5 hours.....we go see the finance person and the price went up to *****. we only knew by asking why the monthly rate so high . we were told that **** in add ons can not be removed , we needed to pay for lojac, rim protection, cat converter protection , and other useless protection nonsense. we were told they can not sell the car for the advertised price and we should have known that vis the fine print . bait and switch .....sad .
