1 starWorse experience ive had at a dealership. I had an appointment for 5:15 i got there at that i time. These people had me waiting till 8:30 for no reason through the whole time they kept saying we are checking on it , we looking at different options too meanwhile i had already told them which i wanted. They lied about running my credit. I constantly check my credit on experian and they did not run my credit also had a co-signer who they didnt even acknowledge at all. They denied me any service after keeping me there for more then 3hrs just telling me to wait 10 mins they are on it but it was all a lied. On top of the service customer service and lies they kept my license , i contacted them about it and they kept telling me ****** is going to call you a week later and they havent got to me about my license and the lady said if you want you license go get it i live 2 hours away from their dealership. They dont even show to care about their customers. One more thing i want to add is the car i wanted was listed at 31k they told me the price of the car was going to be at between 42k-46k Not even with taxes it should go that high. These people are insane and scammers and liars. I want them to mail me back my license, which they are refusing to do.Review fromCody M

1 starReally wished I saw the BBB ratings before I went in.So I am not the kind of person to complain online, legit, BUT.Long story short, they ran an inquiry and tried to open an auto loan in my name, without my knowledge or consent. They absolutely refuse to fix it and are straight-up ignoring me now.So now I'm currently in the midst of a legal issue now with Victory Mitsubishi after this and currently working with the ************************************ (CFPB), a U.S. government agency, and may be getting a lawyer. Not sure if it's just unprofessionalism or legitimate fraud but please understand these aren't just angry people online, this place is bad.Review fromDora B

1 starI recent purchase a new Mitsubishi vehicle sport GT. I regret giving them my business. On 10/9/2023, I made the decision to invest in a brand new outlander sport GT However, shortly after taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed a series of significant issues that have substantially affected my confidence in the car's performance.* noisy cabin *uncomfortable and hard seats *engine feels slow and tired over 40mph *suv is bit bumpy I chose this vehicle because of.*budget *aesthetic *size. The overall performance of the vehicle is not what I expected. After work I drove to the dealership to report the issues. (Tuesday 10/2023 at 6:30 pm.) Unfortunately, their response was less than satisfactory, as I was told I needed to return when the ** was there, which would be on Friday(3 days wait). I spoke with the ** who said unfortunately they cannot take the vehicle back and in 3 months after receiving the title I could sell it back to them or upgrade.I called back on ****************** 4x left my name & number. I have RA and the seats are irritating my back and hips I need an upgrade. Ive reached out through call, text and email to my sales person and got no reply.I walked in Sunday evening and was told I cannot upgrade until I have the title(that makes zero sense) my suv is less than a week old. I called back on Monday again and was told someone will call me back....this business does not care once they've sold a car. They are callus....BUYERS BEWARE.Review fromTerrell F

1 starHad an appointment made on Saturday for Monday at 1 PM. I told them that I was paying cash and wanted to purchase a specific car. On my way in that day I happened to call at 12:30 when I called the lady told me. Oh Im sorry we have sold the car already to someone who walked in. They are sitting down doing financing now. I asked them. How is this possible if I have an appointment to purchase the car they told me that if someone comes in and wants the vehicle, they do not hold vehicles for people. I call back three hours later to find out if I could speak to a manager about it and how this is possible, they told me that that car now is on hold for a week for the person that came in for financing.Review fromSaw F

1 starI found the car that I wanted. (It was 2017 ***** Accord Sport SE) I made an appointment for yesterday (08/06/2023) and I went to the dealership (Victory Mitsubishi). When I got there, I was serviced by the salesman named ***** and he never showed the car that I wanted to buy. Instead, he showed me ****** Altima saying the car that I wanted to buy was no good and he wouldn't recommend to buy it. (then, why did they posted this car on the website?) Anyway, I checked ****** Altima and ***** Civic. Then I decided to move forward with ****** and asked them to run the numbers. I initially told them that I wouldn't buy this car if the insurance is more expensive than the car value and if I have to pay more than car monthly payment. Then, the General Manager told me that I didn't need to worry about the insurance and it would be around $300 a month. He assured me of that. Finally, I decided to buy ****** Altima. Everything run smoothly but the insurance. They said they couldn't find the insurance that I wanted and it was too expensive. Then, I told them I won't buy the car if it's too expensive. Finally, they came and told me that they found the insurance for me and it's only $300 a month. I got the rate that I wanted, so we moved forward. I signed all the paper and the license plate was almost ready. I was about to take the car. Then, the insurance broker (from Progressive) called me to confirm my purchase of the insurance. I asked them how much I have to pay for 6 months. The insurance broker told me that I have to pay $1,500 per month. I was like "WHAT?" I told the insurance broker that there must be some kind of mistakes and the dealership told me that it was $300 a month. Then, I tried to confirm with the dealership and they denied. To sum up, it wasn't $300 a month but $1500. Dealership lied to me about it and tricked me into buying the car. If I have brought it home, I would have to pay $1500 a month for the insurance and I won't be able to do anything about it.Review fromGR G

1 starThis dealership is a joke. I made an appointment to test drive a ****** Rogue. I spoke with *************************** via text, "This is *************************** at Victory Mitsubishi. I received your online purchase inquiry for the 2017 Rogue This vehicle is currently available, we also have a few others in the same prices range." We get to the dealership and ***** does our pre-approval which took almost an hour. While waiting for the approval, he explains to me that they have a lot of lots and that his team is trying to locate the car. He comes back and claims, "She doesn't have a lot of credit so we're trying to find a bank who will work with her." Please keep in mind that we walked into the dealership with our own financing, check in hand. We wanted to see if she could get a better rate going through the dealership. He finally returns to us and takes us across the street to VIEW the car. After 10 minutes of walking through the lot and my daughter being away from me, he tells her, "I have some news for you. The car was sold last night." Keep in mind that ****** assured me the car was there as did he when we first began the process. He then went on to claim that he had just found out that the car wasn't there. He attempted to show my daughter cars that were far above what she wanted to spend and not the make or model she was looking for. He tried to sell her a Mitsubishi and tried to convince her that the engine in a Mitsubishi is a ****** engine. The bait and switch in this establishment is ridamndiculous! I should've run when I pulled up and saw all the salesmen in jeans, tee shirts, sneakers, and fitteds. They are unprofessional and don't care that they waste people's time. This establishment is just a bunch of corner boys fronting and trying to appear legal, stealing people's hard earned money. I had my son call to test drive the same vehicle. He checked their online inventory, called and spoke to another woman who assured him the vehicle was there and he could test drive it.Review fromHerve P

1 starI've contacted this place to inform them I am not nor was I ever interested in purchasing a vehicle from them. I asked on SEVERAL occasions to be removed from the mailing list... which I'm not even sure how they got my address. The last call for help to Capri, at this location was a waste. She was very rude!Review fromChristopher B

1 starI purchased the vehicle that was promised to be delivered to my home since their mechanic left early for the day and I couldnt get the car inspected. Almost a week later after delaying the process with first saying it needed new breaks then a new sensor, they drove the car to my house, instead of getting a flat bed. On the way over they crash the car and refuse to go thru insurance so its not on the car fax. *** told them I dont want the car and would want my money back, I had chase reverse the payment made with my CC but its been over 20 days since they said my check will be sent over to me. Nothing has arrived, *** called the owner of the place ***, and he has no idea of whats going on with money when hes the finance guy that gets your approved for the loans. Tell me I need to call back in 2 more days because he doesnt have the information in-front him, while hes in the office. They keep giving me the run around for 350$. I will have to file charges in small claims court unfortunately and deal with further delays and issues due to doing business with these folks.
