Ordered a refrigerator water filter on August 28 2022. Spent about $40. Received a tracking # but all it ever said was ***** to the US.. nothing more since. Have emailed the companys customer service department twiceno response of any kind. Believe this company to be a scam!Customer Answer

Ordered a product on August 10, 2022 and paid express shipping for delivery by August 17. Immediately upon ordering, my **************** card was charged even though item was never shipped. I have corresponded via email (the only way to contact Toolsverse per their web page) NINE times since then, and have kept getting a "canned" email reply (same wording each time) that they are "backed up" and will ship "within the next few days". As of October 5, 2022, I have not received any response with a shipping/tracking number nor any response about the order. I have contacted **************** to dispute the charge.Also note that Toolsverse ran the charge through on another company's credit clearing (******** ***** *** *********** **) even though the order was directly through Toolsverse.This place is a scam!Customer Answer

On 8/13/2022, I ordered a dyson airwrap for $459.00 from Toolsverse. On 8/19/22, they sent me an email stating they were a bit busy, but would make sure the order went out asap. On 8/29/22, I emailed asking where the merchandise was, no response. The last response from this company was by text message on Sept 2 after my second text asking where my order was and I informed them I was contacting my credit card company and opening a case. They informed me the order is being processed and offered me 10% refund for my inconvenience. I stated I didn't want a discount, I just want the item I ordered. I texted on 9/11, 9/13, 9/14, and requested to cancel the order and refund my money, as I have still not received the item. I have not received any reply to these texts.Customer Answer

This is the most recent email I sent to the company Wed 9/28/2022 (which summarizes the issues):"I am very disappointed with your company. My Discover card notified me this morning that there was a charge of $18.95 made by your company (Sweet **** LLC) this morning, September 23rd. I did not make this purchase and I am disputing this charge. Furthermore, I contacted your company's customer service September ********* to inform you that the refrigerator filters that I finally received (item #****) were defective and I wished to return them and receive a full refund. On September 20, 2022, Gen from customer service responded to my email acknowledging that there was a problem with the filters being defective and that a new order was being sent to me ASAP. Gen did not provide information on how I can return the defective items or my request for a full refund. When I realized the item was defective, I went to a local hardware store and purchased the filter for my fridge. I informed Gen that I may no longer need the item. Not surprisingly, I still have yet to receive the new shipment (nor do I want it).I spoke with my Discover Card fraud and charge dispute department today and informed them of 2 things:1. The problem with the original order and my attempts to resolve with your company (item was defective, request to return item and obtain a full refund).2. The unauthorized charge today from your company.As a result of my conversation with Discover Card, I have a dispute case open for these charges with your company. I will continue to monitor whether any subsequent unauthorized charges are made by your company to my credit card. Bought a GE water filter RPWFE from TOOLVERSE on Sep. 3rd. Received order confirmation #**** that day Sep 3rd. Received shipment notice Sep 4th. Filter arrived Sep 17th in original OEM GE Filter box showing it as a RPWFE filter. Part is not RPWFE as it does not contain the chip that communicates with the refrigerator. Was able to confirm that no chip was present by peeling back the tape where the chip is located.Contacted their **************** email ************************** on Sep 17 requesting a return for refund.Have not had a response as of Sep 22nd.Do not purchase from this web site. I purchased a GE water filter from this website and was sold a fake water filter that isn't even compatible with my refrigerator. The genuine filter is supposed to contain an RFID chip that communicates with my refrigerator, but this one had the chip missing. I requested a refund and they refuse. This is a scam and ripoff that should be shut down from doing business in the **. The ** RPWFE filter was purchased on line 7/28/2022 for $39.97 and received 9/2/2022. Upon replacing the current filter with the one received from toolsverse the Fridge would not dispense water. Upon investigation I discovered that the filter did not have the **** device required for proper operation, also upon further examination of the filter I discovered that the filter body did not have a printed serial number. It appears that this bogus filter is a line reject from the filter manufacturer in ***** that was packaged to look legitimate. Purchase order number is ****. Toolsverse has not responded to my inquiry.Customer Answer

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap on 8/12/22. It was never shipped. I attempted to receive a refund and have not. The product was paid via Paypal using a balance that existed and a credit card charge. I have requested the refund via email and via SMS which are the only avenues listed for contact. I have not received any direct communication about my request. I am seeking a refund for the monies paid. No product has been shipped. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. That portion was provided back. There is an outstanding $375.11 balance from the Paypal balance which continues to be outstanding. I am seeking a refund for that amount only at this time. If I am required to file a legal claim, I will be seeking that, plus fees, and any other incurred legal expenses. See attached receipt. I placed an order for 4 refrigerator water filters. Its order number **** and it was placed on or by around July 18th. The total purchase price was $135.90. A teaching number was issued and I received and email that it shipped. The tracking info via the **** never updated. I contacted the seller and they said they had delays but would ship it in 5-7 businesses days. This was on 8/12. In my recent email dated 8/25, I requested a refund. That email went unanswered and I followed up again with an email today.
