    Do not order from this website. I ordered from them two months ago and never received my item. The item I purchased was very expensive and Im extremely upset because Im out of a lot of money and an item I was excited about receiving. I understand some businesses take a while for handmade items to ship, but they said they had this item in stock so it should not take nearly this long. As I researched this business more, I realized that they are scamming so many other people too. I emailed their support team and got one response at the beginning but then never heard back from them for the past month and a half. I just want to cancel my order and get my money back but it does not look like that is going to happen. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM TOOLSVERSE. You will hipped out of a lot of money.

    I ordered a dyson air wrap on jul ******************************************** product. I emailed them asking for a refund of my money and they said they couldnt refund because the product had already been pulled from the wharehouse. I sent another email this week and now they have stopped responding. I paid $459.00 and I have no refund and no product. They didnt tell me anything was on back order.

    I ordered a Dyson Airwrap on August 11th 2022 and have yet to receive the item or even a tracking number. I reached out to the company and they simply stated that they are overwhelmed with orders and that they will get to it asap. I then was told in a later email that it would be delivered in 5-7 business days. It has yet to be delivered even though it is past this window. Additionally, I have recently found out many others are experiencing this same issue and believe it to be a scam site. The site is **********************

    Purchase Date August 9, 2022 - Dyson Air Wrap. $436.05. This item was never shipped. Multiple calls and emails to vendor at ******************** are unanswered. I have also filed a fraud complaint with the credit card company.

    I ordered and paid for a Dyson Airwrap for $440 and have received no shipping info or proof that they will be sending me a product. I've made numerous attempts to communicate with ********* and resolve the issue with no resolution.

    I ordered two refrigerator filters 7/20 and was charged 7/21. I received an order confirmation number as soon as I ordered. I still have not received my order. The communication stated "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." I have emailed their support email ************************************* 8/4, 8/10, and 8/16. I have also submitted two communication via their contact form on their website. In addition, their website states to text the following numbers for updates or support needs: ************ (FAQ page) and ************ (Contact Us page). I have texted these phone numbers multiple times. I have received no communication fromToolverse with the exception of a $15 refund/credit. When I first made my order the discount code I was trying to use for $15 off was not working so I texted the 917 number and shortly thereafter received a $15 refund communication via email which did get refundedback to my bank account. This makes it all the more odd that they would honor the discount code and refund me and at the same time just be completely unresponsive and not complete the service. I am still out two refrigerator filters or $56.95 depending on how you look at it. I would like to have what I ordered shipped or my money refunded.

    I was looking for a replacement water filter for our fridge and went to ****** to see what was available. I found this listed as the first option and was $10 less than normal so I went to purchase it. The website seemed legitimate and was able to purchase and got an order confirmation number. It has been a week now and my order has not shipped out so leads me to believe it was a scam. I have also tried to contact the company with no luck, both through emails and texts, since they don't take phone calls, and have not received any contact back or updated status on my order. They already processed the money on my card while most companies don't do it until the item actually ships.

    I placed an order for a stain airwrap over two months ago. They have communicated to me saying it was on the way and created a label on july 8 but I have her to receive the product. Their customer service takes 3 plus days to get back and keep saying they will check with warehouse then they said it would be at my door in a few days yet I am out over a week with no communication. I want to file a complaint and think this may be a scam. *********************
