    You should fire your warehouse manger and crew after 5 times asking for a part and sending picture of the part that required. They kept sending me part for electronic stove in which I have told them over sober again it not electronic stone has gas pilot. Some of the picture show the pilot flame between burner. Do not know how you can stay in business, with you warehouse operating like this. On the other hand I must let you know the your sale rep by the name of *************************** was great to talk with and email kept me informed. Try her best to get this done. Time and time again. FYI the case #******.I will now after three months of trying to get this part. I will have to get a new *****, due to you warehouse not been able to get the part that I need. In doing so I will not purchase either a Summit or Brown ***** again!

    Sorry for the inconvenience, it looks like the exact part you need is currently on backorder for which we shipped an alternate one that should have worked. I will be issuing a return label to process a refund. Again, sorry for the time and the inconvenience.

    I have two Summit stoves, the ******************* Had to get a conversion kit for the PE.Dealt with Summit's *********** and ordered the kit. Not pleased that I had to spend more money ($55+S/H) to get the conversion kit and then have to spend time to convert it, but along the way I have a very pleasant experience dealing with the **************** because the person I talked to was a very warm and engaging young lady (sounded young anyway) - LaquanaC - was so enjoyable to talk to that I didn't give the additional cost a second thought and left the conversation feeling good about my situation. This is the type of person who's phone technique would rate at a Level 10 on a scale of ****. I would hire her to work for my company if she were close enough. Give her a raise! So the company succeeded in developing a good product but it seems to me that they failed by labeling product as a propane product without having converted it to propane, at least that what ****** in Tech Support thought. So, now I have to do the conversion. Oh well, hopefully I'll get it working soon. Lots of people have problems a lot worse than me, think *******, where we honeymooned.JS, *********.

    A Terrible Case of ************************************ Claims Support Ordered through ********** on August 1, shipped from East Coast August 8. Received on August 22.Summary:1) Packaging of the Oven was immaculate on the outside, upon opening it was a nightmare of damages. Side appears to have been crushed, top was bent over. See attached pictures.The personnel who packaged the oven simply had knowledge of its overall condition but decided to pack it anyway. What happened to good old Quality Control?2) The nerve of this Claims Representative to hang up on me. She was discourteous, ****** rude and not fit to be interfacing with customers. I asked if another unit can be shipped ASAP so I can receive it within a week. She kept insisting she cannot help but to ask ********** to resolve my delivery issue. I then asked if there are units available for priority shipping, she said there are. I asked how many are available and this is where her temper flared up. She said I am not qualified to know. And hang up on me.Not only was the product late in delivery the last minute DOA of this oven ruined my schedule for renting these house out. I have placed a new order through ********** and am asking for help to see if I can get this oven before the end of August. Can someone at Summit help?Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

    I have a 150-bottle wine cooler that stopped working. I called all over to get a repair person and no one could help me as the unit was too old. I then called Summit directly and Spoke with D'. He found a solution and got me i touch with ******. They sent me the parts and ****** walked me through the installation. What great service, these guys went out of their way and saved me $2,000 and saved a perfectly good unit from the landfill!!!Well done guys!****************

    I communicated with ******* regarding a stove top grate that would not sit/stay in the appropriate hole. She was very friendly & helpful and arranged to have another one shipped to my home within 3-5 business days.

    Our Summit freezer drawer panel was delivered dented when it was installed. The wrong replacement panel has been sent multiple times, either with dented replacement panels or the wrong style panel. We have had no success with ****************, Mobile Appliances, in receiving the correct panel. Frustrated with multiple attempts, we have requested a new unit, but again, with no response. This has been going on since July 2022.
