    These people are scammed. I NEVERED HEARD OF A PER POUND DUMPSTERS. I tasked to that last on the phone and I asked her what all i had to pay and she told me to pay $235. And I said " is that all I have to pay" and she said yes. So where did all these other fees come in at. Then 2 months later I get an email stating I owe an additional $858. "For What". Telling me for the per pound. I never heard that. Now harassing phone calls/emails and ***** in property if I own anything. They are disrespectful and rude on calls we've had, except this last phone call where she's discount to $900. Can someone help me with this. Sincerely desperate

    Liberty Dumpster alleges to provide dumpster service. They did not provide a Liberty Dumpster. Redbox came out delivered and hauled away a dumpster dispatched by Liberty Dumpster. They then charged us $459.67 for the dumpster up front just to be delivered. They then charged 15 cents per pound after. They alleged 2.61 tons which came out to be $783 by my calculations. They wanted us to pay an additional $900 plus dollars instead of the $783 that we calculated. They are not a dumpster company. They are a broker that overcharges their customers. Almost $1,400 for a ******************** is insane!!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They let us pay $750. I am not happy about the experience at all still. I couldve went to ****** directly and paid $480 for a week rental with 4 ton included. We only had 2.61 tons of debris. They are scamming people by advertising $235 rental for a 30 yd dumpster. This is not a good business and they were really rude about the whole process.

    We are not disputing the amount. We are disputing we were automatically charged without us reviewing first. If you look at the invoice, where we would initial agreeing to be charged, it is blank. This is a breech of contract and subject to possible letigation. The company needs to contact us regarding the breech of contract. At this time, the company is actively avoiding phone calls.

    I called, scheduled and used Liberty Dumpster in ******, call was transferred to CA. Dumpster arrived from a sub out of *******, ** they were nice folks.Agreed to the price of $215 for the dumpster plus tax, fuel charge to approximately $********* I got a text from CA telling me my card will be charged an additional $556.51 for ***** tons. I did not agree to this and will be making sure ********** knows about this issue. It has been 3 weeks since dumpster was picked up, it was only here for 4 days, they would not pick up on Sat. and I was told there would be no additional charge.

    This company does not tell you about the .15 cent a pound they are going to charge extra from the amount of rental, I rented a 20 yard dumpster which they charge $277 from Friday - Monday and when they pick up they charge me $1090 and they came out with a invoice of $1367.64. They never told me about the extra charge , I called in with questions they just told that I should have read the contract that I signed, but they never verbally explain the charge , if this would have been the case I wouldnt have contracted them. I am surprised on how this company still running, stilling, scamming people , this way .

    They keep saying the same thing they told me when I called them to complain about the charge .. they did not told me verbally . Although I think they purposely talk with a very strong accent that is very hard to understand them what they are talking about. Even though I try to understand all they where saying I dont think they ever said about the extra charge .. if this would have been the case why would I contract them when there is more affordable dumpsters out there . Also Im not the only one customer complaining about the same situation if this doesnt turn the alerts of who ever is taking this case I dont know whats going on and whats the purpose of this claim.

    On May 14, 2025, I was charged $237.56 by Liberty Dumpster for a dumpster that I never received. I attempted to cancel in accordance with my legal right to do soat least three days prior to deliveryunder the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. Despite meeting this condition, the company proceeded to charge me in violation of this ********** addition, I would like to formally file a complaint against Liberty Dumpster for deceptive acts and practices, including false advertising and pricing. The pricing advertised on their website is significantly lower than what customers are ultimately charged, due to undisclosed weight-based fees that are not transparently disclosed during the ordering process. Liberty Dumpster does not provide any official documentation from the dump to justify the final charge, which calls into question the veracity and fairness of the charges.This practice not only constitutes false advertising, but also a violation of fair and transparent trade practices. As a consumer, I am entitled to clear, upfront pricing and honest terms of service. The companys failure to honor the cancellation policy and their misleading pricing model demonstrate a disregard for Pennsylvania consumer protection laws and ethical business conduct.Resolution Sought:A full refund of the $237.56 charge for the undelivered dumpster.An investigation into Liberty Dumpsters billing practices, website advertising, and compliance with the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.A requirement for Liberty Dumpster to provide clear, itemized weight documentation and to clearly disclose all fees and potential surcharges before purchase.I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and fairly, and I appreciate the BBB's attention to this issue.Sincerely,***** ********** ************ ****************************

    Business advertise for lower pricing than they discuss with you. They send out a very detailed agreement which includes no direct numbers and if you try to cancel to use a better company they will charge $250 even if days prior . Company is a scam. Charged $1,064.00 to throw away 3 bed frames and a few bags of trash . Called them to get an explanation after speaking with ******** no one had a logical explanation just that these are fees that are charged by the company when asked if there was any one else to speak too was connected to foreign representative who didnt understand English very well . Original invoice charged 25 for gas ffinal invoice charged 85 for gas just a lot of hidden fees ! Website points out no hidden fees

    I order a dumpster for 2 day for construction reasons. They dropped off 230pm on day 1 and tried to pick it up day 2 noon. ***************** wasnt done. Said I had to pay another $250 for rejecting the pickup. I feel this is dishonest and just a schemy way to charge customers extra. They told me that I should have known on day one that I was going to need an extra day and paid for the extra day at that time and they wouldnt have picked it up so early in the day.

    I ordered a 20 yard dumpster from the ************** ****** of this company for the weekend of 03/27/2025-03/29/2025. I used the online price generator that the company provides on their website. After seeing a "quote" of around $280, I put in my CC information in and accepted the terms and conditions. Shortly after, I received an email from the company stating that they would drop the dumpster off on Thursday, but would need to pick up on Monday (since they don't operate on Fridays and Saturdays), which resulted in an extra fee. I approved the extra days, and asked how much my TOTAL would be, to which an employee responded that the amount would be $340.50. I approved this total and payment for that amount. I signed the contract for $340.50, got my dumpster on the days agreed upon, and thought nothing of it after that. Over a month later, my card was debited an additional $692 by Liberty Dumpster, and I was sent a "Paid Invoice" receipt for the 15 cents per pound charge, as well as an additional fuel recovery fee, an additional environmental fee, and an additional St. ***** fee (still not sure what that is). Looking back to my contract, I see now that the 15 cent/pound charge was not included in any of the original quotes, nor was it mentioned when I asked the "Billing Specialist" what my total would be, it was however listed under the "fine print" terms of my contract. The wording was very misleading and never directly states that the original, agreed upon "quote" was merely for a delivery fee. I find this to be a very predatory and intentionally misleading business tactic, used to bait customers with a cheap price and then slyly slide in with huge charges weeks later using the card that they keep on file. When I asked how much my TOTAL would be, the employee should have disclosed the 15 cent per pound additional charge and did NOT. Since I was told via email that my total amount due would be $340.50, I feel I am entitled to a refund for the second, additional charge.

    BEWARE- This is BAIT AND SWITCH company like I have never experienced before!!! We had a flooded basement and, as a result, had a large amount of debris from the resulting tear-out and water damaged items. We called Liberty dumpster to order a 30 yd dumpster and the took all of our information (including payment) over the phone and sent us a signed contract. 2 days before the dumpster was to be delivered they called and said they could not deliver a 30 yd dumpster and that they could only deliver a 20 yd dumpster. Although I felt that this would be too small I agreed to make the 20 yard dumpster work as dumpsters were scarce in the area due to the heavy rains and flooding. THEN, the morning the dumpster was to be delivered, they called again and said the ONLY dumpster they could provide was a 10 yard dumpster!! OBVIOUSLY this was not going to work and we were furious about the situation. The woman on the phone said that it was out of her control and that I had to speak with their "dispatch" group in **************. I asked to be transferred to them and sat on hold for about 15 minutes and then got voicemail. I called the original number back and explained that nobody answered the number for dispatch and she said she would try calling and get someone on the phone for me. She immediately transferred me to the same number where I got a voicemail again. I called the original number back and got her voicemail. I then tried calling from my wife's friend's phone and the same woman answered and when I gave her my name she hung up. They would not answer the phone again from either number and the "dispatch" number never answered. Unless you want to be completely SCAMMED I would HIGHLY recommend calling someone else for your dumpster needs.
