    Deceptive sales practices, lied about the contract - will NOT refund me any of my money. ************ has a 3 day contract law and they are not abiding by this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. You people are nothing but a FRAUD AND SCAM. Never received the dumpster and you people need to be sued to oblivion for what you are doing.

    You were never upfront about the cost of your service. Is it my job to know when someone is lying. If I had any kind of accurate estimate I would never have agreed to do business with you. It is not okay to lead people down a path without full knowledge of the final price and hit their bank account later ( a month later). That is called fraud. Do you understand that? Nobody likes being conned and that is what you did. I was never estimated be price of the full service, That is how you lure people in and we both know it.

     These people knew they were going to charge me over *********************************************************** the estimate.  There was never a meeting of the minds on the contract and it is fraudulent to say that she told me everything.  She said it may be a couple of hundred dollars.  You can see I am not the only one with this complaint.  Check the reviews.  They are not available for a ****** review for this reason.  They know they are crooked and I know they are and so do all the other complaintants that have turned them into BBB that is why they have  a D- and not a BBB certified business.

    We rented a dumpster on 4/29/25 and we were harassed for payment of $338.47. The dumpster was picked up on 5/2/25 and that day we were charged $761.00. We signed a contract, but the contract does not read that we would be charged $.15 per pound, but that if over 2 ton, we would be charged the access. This was not disclosed on a phone call as they were harassing us for our initial payment.

    I ordered a SMALL dumpster(10 yard) when it arrived I was shocked how tiny it looked.I thought no wonder it was $195.00 1 week after they picked it up I have gotten a charge for $697.35 !!!I immediately called and got an answering machine.I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.I looked up the business Liberty Dumpster on the internet and see a lot of complaints just like mine.I would like to see them heavily fined and or put out of business! Fees are not disclosed. I would have been angry if that was all and gotten over it . But to charge TRIPLE = Robbery!

    I own a roofing company and we rented a ******* from this company for 3 days the picked it up with no warning in less than two days with or no phone call our ladders where inside for storage on the job and would have never been in the dumpster if we would have known they were picking it up we called and have gotten no help said they are at the dump and refund 20 dollars. Now this being said it would have never happened if we had the dumpster we paid for . For three days we are getting no help from them and this is completely horrible we have a open roof and no ladders and they will do nothing about there mistake that they have admitted to we need ladders to work

    Liberty Dumpster is trying to charge $$ per pound on a 10 cubic yard dumpster. I didnt not fill the dumpster up. L They are stating i had 4500lbs of debris, which a 10cubic dumpster can only hold 4000lbs. They are not willing to provide proof of the scale weigh on 3/28/2025. I have a picture on 3/28 that shows it wasnt full. I need to know how they came up with the weight if they can not provide proof from the scale. Also i was never advised via phone, and they had to correct the contract 3 times, which means they could have changed anything many times.

    Had ordered from liberty Dumpster several times and planned on many more times in the near future, but upon the last delivery, I had not even had a chanceto fill it up whatsoever and went to my workers went to fill it up today. It had already been taken, and they took the dumpster completely empty and I calledthey told me that there was nothing they could do and just offered me a $20 credit so I lost over $500 and I just requested for the dumpster to be dropped back off since they had the date wrong for pick up and the lady refused.

    On March 31, 2025 I contacted liberty dumpster for a dumpster rental and I was quoted a price for a 30 yard dumpster of $235. They have engaged in deceptive advertising and business practices. After the dumpster was picked up a few days later, I receive an additional fee of $768 for a minimum of 2 ton per $.15 per pound fee. This is totally unacceptable and deceptive.

    Weirded out. I ordered a junk king dumpster - another company showed up and dropped a dumpster. Now I have an obscene bill - from another company - apparently I never spoke to junk king- just liberty dumpster pretending to be junk king. The dumpster was dropped off on the correct date. Just didnt have the correct logo. Liberty dumpster took Junk kings job. - this is the weirdest experience ever because- My phone records show liberty calling - then calling again- Im pretty sure it said junk king on the second call. - One month later I have a bill that no doubt has the weight of the dumpster in the tow away fee- it was a ton of paper - blinds- wood and other material that didnt weigh much - 9% fuel surcharge on the weight fictional environmental fee and other stuff. How the **** did this company get my info ? I just checked old messages and junk king claims I never gave them my card- but thats the company I orderered. I used junk king before - never used Liberty dumpster- and theres a repeat customer discount on this bill from **********************. Im a bit dumbstruck on how this could have happened. Ill pay it but Im super annoyed- one I didnt hire liberty dumpster- and would never agree to pay 300% of the dumpster fee for disposal of a bunch of light weight stuff - bit of flooring- nothing really heavy or bulky- in fact my boyfriend loaded it all - and he has a broken neck- so theres just no way there was 1.2 tons in it. Why would someone mess up my dumpster service

    I was over charged $800 from this company, with no notice. In top of the 350$ I paid for rental. This was my smallest truck, and I got charge 3 time the agreed amount
