    Liberty Dumpster company, d/b/a Reliant Dumpster in ******-area, engaged in deceptive advertising, In sum, a non-local business with non-existent customer service because their incoming calls go to a foreign call center (***********) and because they broker with local subcontractors for dumpster transportation. Fraudulent website claims it is a local family business (even with a photo of the happy family). Bovine Ordure. Tried to get straight answers on day dumpster ordered and refused to sign contract until answers forthcoming, even so six days later the company still delivered a dumpster via a subcontractor. Then spent an entire day contacting the company and waiting for a call to ascertain if certain materials were hazardous or not, even sent an email with several photos, no answer. Discovered credit card was charged despite no signed contract. Finally put credit card payment deposit into dispute as an interim remedy. Personal assessment: ************ with a negative business history run from thousands of miles away, yet flagrantly impersonating a local business.

    Invoice #********* I rented a dumpster on April 27 and the rental price was $325 plus tax. The total amount shouldve been $401.15. On May 11. I receive a final invoice $543.09 due to:Over-tonnage 9 extra per pound per pound in addition to $401.15, this container was more empty than foo.I had five or six empty boxes, one small round wooden table and one big piece of glass. The weight of this is less than one tone. I was being charged for over weight for over 1 ton of trash. I called the company to dispute and they told me that everything is accurate , I told him that I am disputing the charges they said it will defend their contract because theyre accurate and correct. I disagree with this. The first ton of trash was supposed to be included in the container. Thats what I was told when I made arrangements for delivery. At this time I was told by ****** that only ***** of trash is included in that container again which is false advertisement. Even if its ***** lb, old wooden table, big ************** and 5 empty cardboard boxes dont weight ***** lbs. me and my husband put both peaces in the trash container. The review for this company is overwhelmingly terrible, and people have same complaints like me. The sad thing is I just founded. I wish to dispute additional charges that I fell is inaccurate.     The original charge was $175.00 and upon further discovery they tried to charge me $5,297.46 with a total weight of 28,440lbs which is absurd. I have text message proof regarding the prices. They scam people and intentionally try to rip people off.

    DO NOT HIRE Reliant Dumpster/Liberty Dumpster. I am writing because Reliant Dumpster seems to be a scam! It is unfortunate that were overcharged and then never received the credit that is due to **. Every attempt that has been claimed to rectify this has failed. I have been dealing with this for almost a year now.1.** May 2022, Reliant charged ** for extra days for the rental Oct 2021. Which never happened. We even requested it to be picked up early .2.We were billed for the overage in the amount of $159.91.3.We requested a credit, and they said it was not able to go back to the credit card originally charged (we had to get a new credit card).4.They offered to send a check- it was never sent/received 5.** October 2022 on a phone call they agreed to send my PayPal account the credit (from Stride Learning Strategies) I have no idea who that company is- and we deposited it into our bank. I thought we were all set.6.Out of nowhere in February 2023- the payment was disputed the by a company named Stride Learning Strategies and left our Paypal account negative and now we have to pay that back plus fees. 7.I tried to dispute and fight their dispute but ****** ruled in favor of Stride Learning Strategies as they said they never received product. But we never sold them anything. Also, it is not the name of the company that I owed ** a credit.8. I sent another request for a check to be sent for $159.91 to be sent to use as a credit for the overcharges by Reliant. Good luck trying to find any information on Reliant Dumpster. The phone number i have when you ****** it is for a bunch of other company names. I was able to use an email address and it got escalated to the billing department where I have been dealing with one person named May. I wrote back and a person named **** said it would be addressed and i have not heard one word back since 3/23/23.I am not able to upload all the evidence with your restricted 5 MB or not accepting a zip file.

    The complainant agreed to pay an additional charge for debris that exceeded the "allowed" amount of weight and additional rental days. Reliant Dumpster Rental does not use Paypal and  is not associated with Stride Learning Strategies.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [The invoice was for additional days (4) rental, which is false. I did not request the extension of the rental term from 8 to 14 days and that is what i was charged for 7 months later on my credit card. I was working with ***** a Billing coordinator for several weeks and my refund of $159.91 was approved. Then the credit card refund could not be done and then I was told I would receive a check in 2-3 weeks from corporate (which I never did) and  after 6 weeks of waiting I spoke to May on the phone. She asked if we had PayPal and i said yes. She said she could provide a credit to our bank via PayPal. Great, all is well- I finally get the credit in PayPal for the exact amount of $159.91 on  9/30/22 and I transferred it to my bank account. Then in Feb 2023, i got a disputed message in PayPal and the money was debited to my PayPal account. Interesting that you say Stride Learning Strategies is not affiliated, because on the attachment you can clearly see the message from Stride Learning Strategies that his was a "Refund on dumpster rental". I want my refund!

    I rented a 20yard dumpster and had delivered a 10 yard dumpster. After complaining and be lied to I emailed pictures and measurements to them. They waited 4 days to respond and then dropped off the right one. I had an agreement with them for 375. The day they picked it up they charged me ******. A month later they charged me ****** lucky my neighbor is a contractor and weight it before it left. It was **** lbs they lied and is now wanting more money a month later. They are all scammers dont ever use them.

    I ordered a dumpster through them On January 19th. My total was $332.28 before the weight was put into perspective, which i approved of. I received a second charge on January 27th of $302.08 then a third charge on February 7th of $392.70. Both the second and third charge were not approved. Since then, I have left 5 voicemails, talked to more than 3 people in customer service with the response from them being it would be looked into & I would receive a call back within 2-3 business days. After all of those days were complete, I had to reach back out to get ahold of them. After 3 weeks of trying, I got my father involved because I needed help. He has reached out multiple times and got the same answer of looking into it and getting back to us in 2-3 business days. Which we again had to reach back out to them as they never called us to give a follow up. As the phone calls continued, ****** specifically, has been very rude and derogatory towards me and my father. Telling us the charges are valid but with no evidence to back it up. They said the dumpster weighed over a ton (15cents/ pound) and I have proof of what was in the dumpster before it got picked up and it simply did not weigh that much. They also told us I got a missed pickup charge because someone came by to pick it up and it wasnt ready, which is not true. The pick up date was listed & if there needed to be in-writing request to extend the pick up date 48 hours prior and there wasnt one, then it should've been picked up as planned on the date we signed for.

    I am disputing a fraudulent additional invoice charge for $1,510.69. After payment for original invoice for dumpster. Contract *********** for service dropped Nov 16 and picked up Nov 19. 2022 They claims dumpster was over weight by 5.1 tons, dumpster had light pieces of sheetrock, cartons and wood boards from a small house framing. There was no way it was over weight, 5 plus tons is equivalent to loading rocks. After reading all the complaint it looks like is the modus operandis of this business to ***** people by going back and charging their credit cards under false information made up by them. In my case the dates do not match. it was picked it up on the 19th and the weight ticket is for the 23. So definitely is not mine even the number is scratched off on the ticket. I reached out to ******************* ******************* President * *** Phone/Text: ************ but told me they dont dispute weight tickets and they parked the container for few days which is not true because they take it to landfill right away so it can be position someplace else, is it how this business works. Is the same thing they tell everyone. This company is unethical and out there to take advantage of consumers and should be shot down. looking for advise on how to get my money back.

    Scammed by this company, they have a fake company operating in ******** called Premierw Dumpster Rental out of *********** ********. They charged me $1700 for 2 day dumpster rental!! Scam scam scam. Dumpster that I got was from ******************* which is completely different compamy. I filed fraud complaint with my credit card and also with the State of ********.
