    This company leverages incredibly misleading business practices to communicate costs. At the time of our reservation, they detailed each individual charge: daily rental fees, environmental regulatory fees, fuel fees, etc. which came out to about $280) but EXCLUDED tonnage fees altogether from the list. Ours were more than $1300. On top of that, they delivered a broken dumpster and the door did not open. I called 4 times after delivery and they said someone would be in touch to correct the issue, but no one ever came or called. They said I could simply "throw things over the top", but that's not what I paid for. At the conclusion of our service, we received several conflicting totals from the company on what remaining was owed and relentless phone calls. I would highly not recommend their services and hope this review spares the next person.

    This company is fraudulently they did not put the dumpster in my yard it was in the neighbors yard. It had trash and clothes in it I was charged ******** after I received a call from liberty stating a billing detail for 750 I complained asked for the bill in writing. I then the next day received a bill for more than double the stated amount. I was told I was charge a sorting fee of 600 on top of my initial chargers. This company is a SCAM

    THIS IS THE MOST DECEITFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I WISH I SAW THEIR ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS PRIOR TO HIRING. THEY PROMISED ME WEIGHT WAS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER AND MAGICALLY A $350 ORDER TURNED INTO OVER $1300+!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY MY GARBAGE WAS OVERWEIGHT FROM HOUSEHOLD ITEMS THEY ARE SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS BUYER BEWARE LITERALLY USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THEM! READ THE REVIEWS ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE THE SAME THIS COMPANY CHEATS YOU IT IS NO COINCIDENCE EVERYONE HAS THE EXACT SAME COMPLAINT!

    On 12/19/23 I completed an online form to request a dumpster rental with Liberty Dumpster rental. On that form it asked for the dates I wanted it from which I put in. A box with the total costs broken down came up saying $240 dollars. So I completed the transaction online. Then I get a noticed that my Amex was charged $393 for the rental so I called and was told I was charged $80 per day for extra days which I was not told about anywhere in writing before being charged. Then I was told the rental quote was for 2 days only again (not told). So when I said then Id only do it for the 2 days ******* said theyd drop it off sometime on the 18th and pick up sometime on the 19th. I said thats not two days rental then, you could end up dropping it at noon and picking up at 8 AM and thats not even 24 hours! Rep said they couldnt guarantee because it depends on the drivers schedule and they rent by days not hours. I canceled my order and am awaiting a refund on my Amex which they said could take up to 4 days.

    On 10/31/23 I contacted a company by the name Liberty Dumpster Rental LLC To rent a dumpster. The representative stated they did not have 20 yard dumpsters but would rent a 30 Yard for the same price / fees. Delivery date was scheduled for 11/3/23 after 10am. (10am)Came and went and no delivery.Sometime mid morning male representing the company stated if it was ok to deliver around 2.00or ****pm Which I stated ok.Meanwhile a service agreement was emailed requesting that it be signed and returned. **** pm came and went an no delivery..I took the Liberty to contact the toll free number provided later in the afternoon and a woman representing as customer service took my concerns regarding the non delivery and stated that someone would reach out to me. 11/3 came and went and no one contacted me. Starting early morning on 11/4 I attempted to reach the company being kept on hold for over 2.5 hours with a continuous message that the Next customer service Agent would be with me shortly.To top it off the company charged me for a delivery that never occurred and clearly breached the service agreement.At this time I have canceled the service request for the dumpster and based on numerous reviews I would caution anyone from doing any type of business with this outfit and refer there experiences to local authorities as they do not appear legitimate.

    I rented a dumpster from reliant dumpster rental. It was delivered on October 17th and picked up oct 19th. I agreed to a sum of ******. It stated an additional fee off .12c per pounds. I agreed to that believing the items dumped would be no more than **** pounds and I most likely would only pay and extra $120 **** It was mostly hollow doors and light weight wood wall paneling being dumped. On October 26th I received an additional bill for $620.49 from reliant billing. They stated the total was was **** tons. 4 times the weight I was expecting. It seemed almost impossible for the dumpster to have that much weight. Included in that price was a tax of ****** which seemed exorbitant. My total charges for the ******** came out to ******. I feel this company has marked up the weight and baits you into using them with a low starting price but at the end you pay more than most dumpster rental services were charging. They received the weight reading from a 3rd party try recycling services and my credit card is billed as liberty dumpster not reliant which is sending me the invoice.

    This is a fraudulent company, that is STEALING money. They advertise $195 daily dumpster rentals with .15 cents per pound. My *********** demoed a small 10 x 10 wooden deck that was rotting in about 1 hour and placed it in the dumpster. We were then charged $700 for 2.3 TONS of debis. There is no way my *********** lifted 2.3 tons into the dumpter in 1 hour. This was a complete SCAM. The lady on the phone even said " you can try to dispute it but the bank always sides with us!" what a shame this company should be SUED!!!

    The landfill weight scales, which are governed by the ********** of ******* and Measures, provided a Certified Weight Ticket showing 2.3 tons of weight in dumpster (our company doesn't weigh the dumpster). The charge for $700 was for ***** pounds of weight (2.3 tons) x .15 = $690, plus tax. Therefore, this complainant's assertion of being "scammed" is unfounded.

    The weight is simply inaccurate and judging from the 66 yelp reviews & multiple BBB complaints who all note the same scam, I am going to make certain light is shed on this fraudulent company.

    Caution ! Caution! Caution!Just ******* this fraud intermediary agent. they don't have any dumpster. I thought after they take your order. they shop around to get one, I have found them on ****** Ad. that is called **************** AD. the sales *************** has told me 20 yards rental doomster 14 days unlimited load free for concrete $595 very clearly. I have finished early returned doomster in a week, they told me my bill is over $3000. I have called them and talked Lady ****, she has told me they always and often got argue form their customer. I have tried to find them company via ****** map. it is very stranger , it only shows street not any building on ****** map please be wary of this intermediary fraud agent

    I agreed to use a 10 yard dumpster to get rid of the boxes of tile I had. Each box had a marked weight for a total of almost ***** pounds. Several days later I received a bill for $1,345. The dump ticket shows a weight of nearly ***** pounds and there fees added for fuel and weight overage. I was told the dumpster was $195 and I would be charged 15 cent a pound, which should equate to $300. This is a scam! I've contacted Liberty Dumpster numerous times and they keep sticking to their lies.

    We rented a 20 yard dumpster for yard clean up and we had scheduled with the company for it to be delivered first thing the morning of 6/6/23 after numerous calls the dumpster finally showed up at 530 pm the promised call back and txt never could get a clear answer as to where the dumpster was or when it would be arriving or even if they were charging me for that full day I had to pay my yard guy for the whole day since he had me scheduled for the day so it ended up costing me $100 more than what we had anticipated not to mention every interaction with this company their respenstives have been very rude and disrespectful and completely unhelpful and refused to let me speak with a manger or supervisor I couldn't get any of my questions answered had to call the local subcontractor to even get the dumpster picked up which we returned on 6/8/23 I want to be compensation for it being returned early and the $100 it cost me for my yard guy due to not keeping their scheduled appointment and for the poor customer service
