      I called on January 7th to cancel service, to be told they cannot cancel service mid-bill. The bill started 3 days earlier. After paying a 322-dollar bill, MPower Energy was the most significant sum on the account. I called to be told they can't help me cancel! I refuse to believe this is the only company in the world you HAVE to cancel on the date of bill distribution or you have to continue your account. Not sure how this is legal but if you are ONLY trying to help the employee like I was DONT! This company sucks!

      They are scam artist. They will rip you off badly. I made a mistake for signing up with them and they s**** me badly. All for absolutely nothing. They need shut down immediately.

      I placed an order on a Friday.. I asked for a email or something in writing regarding what was discussed. Also the 3 day window to rescind was voided due to the weekend. I never got the email. When they did call, the phone rang twice then they hung up. I am a senior/caregiver and that is why I needed a hard copy for my records. 1/19/2023 I spoke to an CS rep. explained that I needed my contract. We will see.........................

      After having multiple people show up to my apartment trying to get me to sign up for it they managed to get me to sign up for it. I've been trying to cancel my services with them for two years. I live in a tiny apartment and my energy bill has sky rocketed. I barely use my electronics but I'm paying almost 300 dollars a month. This is a scam! I want to cancel but the numbers don't give you the option and I can't get ahold of anyone else. Save yourself the headache and tell the people they send to you to leave. You promise clean energy with lower rates and then jack up the price! You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

      A salesperson came to my door and talked as fast as humanly possible in a way that made it sound like they were here to give meninformation about how we could save on our energy bill. To be respectful I engaged...big mistake. Fast forward 30 seconds and he was pushing to get information about me and my energy bill and asked for authorization for some sort of energy service and "bill protection". I had an easy cop out because I don't even pay the bill myself, my partner does. The more I tried to say no, the more pushy and aggressive he got. As soon as I said no, he walked away in a ****. There is no way this is a real, legitimate business. Please take caution. They claim you can rescind authorization...however they did not say it would be easy, so I am glad I walked away.

      The door to door sales person 100% misrepresented who they were. They make it seem like they are part of the *** power service and that this isnt a service you are signing up for. Its totally unethical and gross sales tactics. They try and speak fast to confuse you and act like you HAVE to show them your power bill and that youre in trouble if you are over the limit of emissions. Total scam

      If I could give zero stars, I would. Its a scam. This guy came to my door and asked to see my electric bill. I tried to get him to leave but he wouldnt so I got my roommate to try. He asked us inappropriate questions and called us difficult. We asked if we could see his credentials or talk to his supervisor and he wouldnt comply and tried to argue with **. We closed the door but it was completely inappropriate harassment and honestly Im worried theyll come back.

      A person from Mpower came to my door telling me that because of the ******/******* war, our government was monitoring electricity use in the ********** was on the list of overusers so he needed to see my electric bill. I guess he came up with this after seeing the ******* coat of arms displayed on my residence. I told him that his story was far fetched and closed the door.

      It's a scam. They told me they work with ***** electricity, but they're an independent retail supplier. Not only that, but they're not even a certified retail supplier of *****. I fell for this scam, but left before any damage could be done. I hope you reach this before they reach you. Don't be fooled

      ScamTwo young men showed up at my door, but I didnt open the door. I talked through my Ring doorbell. As soon as I saw the badge from MPower, I knew what they wanted to discuss. So as soon as they started to talk, I yelled that I wasnt interested in anything they had to say and I told them to go away or I would call the police.
