      Fell into the same scam as everyone else seemingly, was told I signed up to change my energy supplier from ComEd to Indra, and that on July 2nd someone came to my door and got my approval, this never happened, no one ever came to my door. I hope by calling them they actually cancelled my service because I do not want this, even if they have the best rates in the world, their practice of changing peoples supplier without their permission should be illegal.

      Scamming door to door salesman took my initials as proof he had come by claimed to work for ameren then used those initials on a fraudulent contract authorizing switching my utility providers. As a new renter this was extremely frustrating and I was not aware of scams like this, this business needs to be shut down!

      A man came to my door from this company and when I opened it he tried to step in. I told him to back off my steps and he said the company will mail you something. 4 days later I get a letter in the mail saying my energy supplier is now Indra Energy. Total fraud changing someones electrical supplier without their consent. PECO notified as well as the public utility commission. Next call is to the PA ************************ They tried to fraud the wrong person.

      We got switched from current power company to Indra without our permission and they refused to answer how this could happen. This is the third time I have been switched without being contacted and cannot prevent further events without understanding how this happens!

      The Representative was a very nice person but it was explained that I would be saving under a PS e&G plan. Not changing my gas supplier. I Also did not like the Representative using my phone to sign me. Up, I have no idea if files were uploaded any apps installed?I JUST WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE ***** PERSON HANDLING ME PHONE FOR ***************. HIM MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO CLONE IT AND WAS HOLDING HIS CELLPHONE RIGHT NEXT TO MINE. He was reading something and entering data on mine. It just did not feel Right and during a scam evaluation it just didn't pass my scrutany!Feel free to call me. *********************************** I PRAY ALL IS CANCELLED BUT MANY CUSTOMERS JUST GET BILLED AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT THESE SCAMMERS.       Indra is a total scam provider. They added a Misc Charge on the electric bill for $325.**. I called about it and the first guy could not answer my question, so he escalated it to the next guy. After 5 days they finally called back to inform me it was a "bandwith" charge. Essentially, they are trying to charge us for 500 unused kilowatt hours. Yes, you read that correctly. We used 2500 and they are trying to bill us for an additional 500 unused hours! Total scam! Stay away. I am trying to get it switched back to ****** and they threaten all kinds of "power unused" fees and early termination fees. It's clearly listed on their website that they do not have any contracts or early termination fees. These people need to be put out of business.

The agreement included a fixed rate of $0.12690 per kWh for a term of twenty-four (24) billing cycles. A copy of the terms and conditions of the enrollment were provided to you for review and signature. The Signed Contract demonstrates that the bandwidth charges were evident on page on page six (6) section twelve (12). Additionally, the terms of the Early Termination Fee are evident on page one (1), with an additional detailed explanation contained on page six (6) in sections sixteen (16) and eighteen (18). Your Signed Contract solidifies the agreement to the contents of the contract.We are sorry to hear that your recent experience with our business did not meet your expectations. Indra takes these matters seriously, and upon receipt of your complaint, we immediately reached out to the sales team regarding your concerns.       Indra Energy forged my signature and put themselves on my electric bill without my consent or authorization. I didn't find out for several months until my bill got outrageous. They committed a felony. Plus, they basically stole $900 by accepting my payment to my electric company, ******** which is fraud or theft by deception. I received no notification either verbal or written. I requested and received a copy of the forged document. I am in the process of setting up an appointment with the county prosecutor and talking to a lawyer. I've made numerous calls to Indra because I refuse to pay the last 2 bills which were $517 and $586. I live in a one bedroom apartment and they want me to pay more than if I had a three bedroom house. When I called them about this they said they would escalate my request. The first time they took $175 off. After the second call and "escalation" they took $185 off. After I called a couple of times I was told there wouldn't be any more escalations. I tried to do it the right way but they didn't seem to care. Now, I'm going to take them to court and file several lW suits. I'm done talking to them.

      Indra Energy is a SCAM. They promised good rates but after second month they raised charges by over 300 % and next month by 585% as compared to my regular supplier. They promised on the phone that charges would not go above average market rates in my area. My last bill was $736 in January 2024. I lost over $500 estimated in just that month. If you want to cancel them, there is a three month waiting period where they can continue to charge whatever they like until you can switch suppliers again. If any one knows a good class action lawyer or similar, we should take action!
