      Great service. I've been using them for protection on all my devices that I've purchased... Always been a smooth transition when redeeming a voucher.. Great service . I would recommend them to anyone who looking for great reliable repairs.

      I gotta be honest. I had to call 3 times. The first time I got a **** that hung up on me after asking to escalate. Called back and got a hold of another person that was willing to entertain the issue and the call dropped and never heard back from him. Called back the 3rd time and got *****, he was very patient and worked through the issue. Come to find out when I purchased the extended ******** the company added an extra number on my Warrenty which is why the first 2 reps told me I didnt have a Warrenty with the number I gave them. ***** was told to say the same thing and to refer me back to who I bought it through. He came back and told me the company went bankrupt so there was no way for me to get back to them. He fixed the problem and now I have protection for the 5 years. If I can get the name of the first **** I would put her on blast.

He was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient in resolving my issue. ****** went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service, and I truly appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommend his assistance to anyone needing support!

      I want to compliment ****** for the awesome customer ********************** that I received. She was so patient & helpful. But still waiting on a response from someone to let me know how much this is going to cost me & to schedule a visit for my freezer. Doesn't seem right that I purchased a 3 year service plan but I am responsible for the service call! I was also told (by the salesman trying to sell me another year) that I only had until the end of the year to schedule the service call. Funny that I purchased 3 year plan in January. Shouldn't this be good until date of purchase? ****** was the only bright spot in this experience. Otherwise....

      ****** was fantastic. She was professional, kind and very effective. I had an issue with my claim which she resolved quickly. She stayed on the phone patiently to insure I sent and she received the necessary documentation. Im grateful fate gave me the right person to provide me with an end-to-end resolution.       Warning to all! After months of runarounds, no responses, etc., we were finally offered a settlement instead of a repaired range - and it was half of what we paid for it. We owned it for only a month. If you get a lemon like we did, don't expect much from this "great" warranty company.
