      Warning to all! After months of runarounds, no responses, etc., we were finally offered a settlement instead of a repaired range - and it was half of what we paid for it. We owned it for only a month. If you get a lemon like we did, don't expect much from this "great" warranty company.

      Excellent customer ********************** from **** at CPS/CYA Insure. Allowed me to change the registration name on the account to the purchaser name on the invoice and take advantage of a Black Friday "3 months free" discount (on a 1 yr warranty coverage plan). I cannot comment yet on the warranty plan as I just paid for it and have not yet needed to use it. Will update my review if coverage is required for the insured camera.

      Please do not buy a warranty from this company!! I filled a claim for my refrigerator and it's now been 3 weeks and they denied the estimate and assigned another technician from AA Appliance who never came to diagnose issue but put in an estimate. I called AA appliance and they were rude and told me I have to wait for their estimate to be approved. I called CPS and the claim manager told me that I have no choice but to wait and let that rude person fix it or cancel my claim and lose my $100 deductable that I had to pay to get fridge fixed!! This company has horrible customer ********************** and trying to get thru on the phone takes all day with no resolution!! This refrigerator is only 3 years and it's junk. Please save your money and find a warranty company that is reputable.
