      ***** was incredibly helpful with my issue and helping me with the warranty. ***** has superlative customer ********************** and made everything very easy. CPS has helped us with other issues and they have been great.

      Excellent customer **********************. ***** ******** from Consumer Priority Service was very understanding, patient and kind. I did not upload my receipt for my original claim in time and he made it very easy to restart a new claim for my refrigerator. Thank you for you help!

      Amazing, friendly service....***** was helpful, friendly and reassuring.....when a very expensive appliance blows up on day one and you aren't sure it's covered, his voice is the one you want on the other end of the line. Haven't had the product fixed yet, but the process of filing the claim and answering the phone quickly was outstanding.

      I bought an mp3 player that cracked after a drop and they covered it with no issues. Specifically, I dealt with ****** and it was an absolute pleasure. She was quick to respond and deal with the issue and ironed out any minor issues I had. Very happy and would definitely buy again.

      I called because I had activated a warranty that came with a camera I purchased. It wasn't showing up on my account so ***** was able to ensure it was activated and I could see it on my account. It took only a couple of minutes and I was all set. Hopefully I don't have to use it ever but it is there just in case.

      Purchased a ** refrigerator and so far so good! It came with a free year warranty that I had to register with them and it was easy and hassle free! Hopefully if I ever have to use it , itll be just as easy.

      Avoid them at all cost. This companys warranty came with the fridge we got. They came out and told us they couldnt fix it because there was no sticker. The man did not communicate well at all and argued with me repeating no sticker, no work. The sticker was right there on the fridge. He told us. You get sticker, I fix fridgeno sticker, no work. When I asked him to wait while I called the company to confirm that the sticker was in fact the correct one, he packed up and left. We went to the store and were given the SAME sticker that was on the fridge. The store refilled a claim and CPS sent us a response email WITHOUT coming back out. It stated that they would not work at a house with a mouse infestation, complete with a picture of a mouse trap! A picture he took behind my back when he came out and claimed I didnt have the right sticker on my fridge. I live in a row home and getting a mouse here and there is not abnormal. I, in NO WAY, have an infestation. This company is lazy, unprofessional and completely RUDE. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Luckily the store swapped us a fridge or we would have been without one for even longer thanks to these jerks. I have 3 kids and one is an infant. This worker should be fired!! What a disgrace!!!
