      I am reviewing Consumer Priority Service for 5 year protection of Leather Furniture. Representative named Lily was exceptional. She assisted me with registering my Furniture and thorough explained the service.

      Purchased appliance in January 2025. Refrigerator not cooling. Filled a warranty claim on May 1. Paid the $99 deductible and still have had no resolution! Been without a refrigerator for almost 4 weeks now and keep getting the run around and no status change from "we are looking into the matter". I want my appliance fixed, or my money back AND a new refrigerator. CPS customer ********************** is extremely lacking and communication is a unresponsive!

      The *** I worked with (*******) was fantastic in assisting me get my warranty registered after I was having issues doing so myself. Their support process was very easy and resolved my issues quickly. ****** used the actual warranty yet but if its anything like the service ****** provided Id imagine it will be a great experience!

      Appliances 4 Less store is the best store with good, brand new appliances and good prices in all store.The workers in store and when you call to register your appliance are so nice and very helpful.Thank you Ms. ******** to taken care by registering my new stove. You know what you are doing at your job. You go beyond limits by assisting the process goes faster by registering our appliances.

      The person who filed my claim Lily told me she would send me the info on a service call fee for my claim, but she did not - instead she sent me a copy of the recurring warrenty chagrge of $370.47
