      I would describe this warranty "service" company as essentially fake. I paid $300 for an extended warranty on an appliance that malfunctioned. I then personally paid $100 to have a service technician diagnose the issue and have had to personally figure out how to find the replacement part ($500) and pay for it to be serviced ($350). They have denied the claim because the brand was discontinued. They didn't even call me to discuss my options, offer to cover all the fees above or to replace the item. I'm being left out in the dust without a refrigerator and I'm just astonished at how useless this "service" is. I warn any consumer about purchasing what is being sold as added protection, but is anything but that. Stay away and don't waste your money.
