      After having problems registering my product on the CPS Central website, I received a call from Lily. She was very helpful and polite, and enabled me to accomplish what I was unable to on the website.

      I was having trouble registering my TV for the Accidental Extended warranty since the CPS page was not showing any field to enter serial number myself. As I initiated chat with *******, she assisted me immediately! Thank you for your prompt assistance.

      I called in to start a claim for my LG range. **** ***** was very helpful in submitting the claim. Lily was attentive to my situation and correctly logged in my problem. She read back to me what she interpreted the issue to be and she was spot on. In this day and age when I find customer ********************** to be lacking, Lily restored my faith that there are still people who want to provide the kind of service that we used to get and deserve as customers.I worked on a hotline providing customer and technical ********************** for 7 years and am aware of what it takes to perform the job with patience and caring.Lily fulfills all of the requirements and should be given credit and perhaps kept in mind for a promotion.
