      Contacted CPS support today regarding my scheduled service appointment that needed to be rescheduled at the last minute due to getting called into work for an emergency and just wanted to say thank you to support for their outstanding and exceptional customer *********************** once again. ******* once again was very courteous and quick to cancel and reschedule our service appointment to accommodate my last minute work schedule changes and help address the issues to resolve our refrigerator problem that we are having. Service and support have always been very polite and helpful whenever we need to call for help with any of our kitchen appliances. We are glad we have CPS there whenever we need support!!       I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. They walked me through a claim on a warranty. They thoroughly and promptly responded to all of my questions.       I texted a request for assistance in completing my registration rather than waiting on hold. ******* texted me within a minute and asked what I needed. I gave her the information that I could not enter into the online form myself and she completed the registration; within a minute I received a confirming email that the registration had been completed. Thank you *******!
