      We purchased a home warranty from the above company. They assured me of the process of obtaining service. Our air conditioner (which is covered) went out during the heat of the summer. We have 3 pets in the home and my husband works from home. Therefore, it was imperative it be repaired immediately. We called were told someone would be out in the next 48 hours. We did not hear anything for nearly a week. The **** repair technician reported that the unit must be replaced and he contacted the home warranty company for approval. They did not return his calls numerous times. We called and was told that a supervisor would call, they never did. We called them over 10 times between my husband and I. We were continuously told that a supervisor would call us the next day. We were suffering in the heat so we paid for the air conditioner to be replaced and have been trying since that time to be reimbursed. We sent in the paid bills to them as directed but have been left without any contact by anyone. The only person that has spoken to us is the receptionist that takes a message for a supervisor who never calls back. It has been months and there has been no contact. Meanwhile we are out the $1,900 for the home warranty and $5,850 for the repair cost. We would like both returned to us do to this companies irresponsibility and disregard for their customer as well as the illegality of not paying for a covered repair.

      Thank you for providing us with the diagnosis.  We have closed the claim as not covered since the issue was that you ran the system without refrigerant.  This is a lack of proper routine maintenance which our policy does not cover.

      I have repeatly called complete home care warranty and either no one answers or customer service says no one is available. My hvac system went out and I had to replace it because we are seniors, and the heat was detrimental to our health I replaced an air-condition unit and furnace and I want to be reimbursed.

      On March 6 of 2022 I filed a claim for a dishwasher. I was informed that they would not fix the dishwasher and agreed to do a buyout for $200. I have contacted the company numerous times between March and August and continually was told they had a problem in billing and that they would issue the check that it would be here in the next month. Every time that I call I got a new excuse out promise with no results or check. In the last two months I have not been able to even get someone to answer and my call is disconnected. I have my claim number I am a new home owner and this warranty was purchased at the time of home closing. through them. I was lied to you about what the warranty covered at the time of purchasing it. I have had nothing but problems with being able to get things that broke serviced. I had a plumber show up and collect the $60 at the door before even walking in and then tell me he couldnt do anything. And I still have not received the check for the $200 for my dishwasher. I do have my claim number, but I am unable to make contact at this point and feel that I am being ignored and brushed off. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever endured . I have tried everything I can to resolve this on my own and at this point, I feel the business should not only pay me my $200 for the dishwasher but also read find the entire policy as I was informed I could not cancel it or it would avoid the transaction for the $200 buyout for the dishwasher. Therefore, I feel I have been strong along and waiting since March. We are now in December and now they just avoid my calls. I have transaction records of calls every month that were recorded, I claim number and still no resolution.

      I tried to call service call to Complete Care Home Warranty more than 10 times.No answer the phones. I emailed to them few service request No response. They send 2 times that we received your claim request, we will assigned to technician up to 48 hours. No response. (The claim: kitchen cooktop, one of burner is not working. Please send appliance technician to check on this issue.)My policy # *********. Plan : combo, Term : 3/31/22 - 5/31/23.If they are Not responses to any of my service call, please refund my membership fee $ 485.00.Thank you.

      Thank you for your reply email and explaining.
      I would like reject this time.
      Because I have Not heard from Complete Care Home Warranty last 4 month.
      They have Not assigned to repair technician in 4 months.
      The issue was kitchen cook top, one of burner are Not working.
      I filed claim to home warranty to come out to check & repair it.
      Since I have not heard from them, I couldn’t wait any longer, i sent my own fee to pay to appliance technicians. 2 different technicians. 
      Because they both said that this issue is not repairable, it have to be replaced it.
      So I ordered the new kitchen cooktop & technician to replaced it.
      I paid my own. Due to it have to be fix it and No response from home warranty company.
      What can be next step?

      Today 11/12/22, I received a written communication from this company with what appeared to be a check and a bill attached. As I was going to my bank to pay the bill, I ran into a neighbor who explained that it is a scam. They made it look very official and said I need to send money.

      Purchased a Home Warranty Policy 11-04-21 for coverage thru 11-04-27 Plan purchased for $2250 Policy number ********* Filed a claim #***** for Oven Repair February of 2021, They sent out multiple people for the repair but none of the people they sent out would work on my Oven, I contacted multiple times to get on record the type of oven I had model etc so that they could get the correct technician out for the repair. Have tried multiple times to contact either with someone telling me they would refer to claims ... with no reply. I have sent emails and multiple phone calls. no connection (are they out of business??)

      I have a policy and I cant get a hold of anyone- the phone rings a few times and it disconnects. I would like a refund for services not rendered as I cant get a hold of anyone when I need too

      I paid for 2 years service. On April, 2022, I got a problem with my dishwasher and the company says it's not worth the price to fix it. I was told their going to pay me $150. I've been calling them every month and I was told that they mail the check already but I haven't get it. Now I've been trying to call them , email them, no response. I send a letter and mail it to their physical address and it was returned back to me . Post office stated that the building is vacant and no change of address on file. Pls. Kindly help. I want my money back for the service I paid and my $150 to replace my dishwasher.
