      I signed a 5 year home warranty with Complete Care on 8/27/2022 for $1950.00 a "special for senior citizens". As of today the phone number has been disconnected and the website is no longer in existence. I can't get the necessary repairs to my heater and it is getting colder. I need my heater repaired and I am on a fixed income and cannot afford costly repairs, which was their sales ploy!I believe this company is preying on seniors and then skipping out.I want a refund for the remaining years on this contract at the very least.

      They are only asking how to resolve my issue not actually resolving it.

      FOR THE BUSINESS:  I want a refund on contract as they have not fulfilled their end of the terms.

      have absolutely no confidence in the fact that they will respond to the repairs I now need  or will need in the future.   I cannot reach them to fulfill their end of the agreement why would I not my money back.

       

       IBELEIVE ALL OF THIS BACK AND FORTH IS JUST A STALL TACTIC!

      I bought a 5 years plan home warranty with complete care home warranty for $1,875 on 8/10/2021. This is my first request for service. The service call telephone number and the website are not working. I tried to call the salesperson that sold me the warranty, the phone number is not working.

      I purchased a 6 year policy on March 2021 for $1650. I have tried to call on multiple occasionsto request a claim, but could not get throughbecause their phone is disconnected.       On Tuesday, November 22, I tried calling the phone number on my policy, and it has been disconnected; however, I was able to submit a claim on their website. I received an email saying my claim had been received, and it would be assigned to a contractor within 48 hours. Since it had been over 48 hours, and I had not received another email saying my claim had been assigned to a contractor, today, Wednesday, November 30, I attempted to go to the website to check the status of my claim. The website would not come up. I tried multiple times. I also tried calling the phone number again, but it is still disconnected. I need a contractor to come out and look at my clothes washer ASAP. We made a claim on our heating unit back on February 2022, and the whole process went very smoothly. The disconnected phone number, the website problem, and lack of response to my claim are making me very suspicious of this company. I paid for a home warranty, and I should be able to use it for its entire term.

      I purchased 3 home warranty packages for 5 years prepaid $5800. I have tried and tried to phone or email and get absolutely no response from this company. They have taken my money and taken me for a ride. They are scam artists and should not be allowed to get away with this.

      I have sent several emails to this company and NEVER recieve a response via email from this company Complete Care Home Warranty.

       

      I have phoned more than a dozen times and the calls are either unanswered or I am on hold for hours.

       

      I would like a full refund for the 5 years prepaid to complete Care home warranty for 3 houses due to the absolute lack of any respnse or support from this ********. They are not responsive to emails or phone calls. Please don't ask me to email you when you do NOT respond.

      We purchased a contract last year for a 6 year extended warranty. We called October 24, 2022 to set up a warranty service. My husband was on hold for about an hr and then was allowed to left a message. No one every called back. We call again approximately 2 days later and then again, after a week. We got a busy signal starting in November so my husband thought they were busy because of the holidays. I tried calling around November 10th and noticed it was an out of order signal. So we submitted a claim online, emailed the Sales agent and waited. We received a confirmation that we should hear from someone but we again have not. That was November 17th. Their website no longer works; their numbers don't work and the emails bounce back. We would like a refund of our funds because they have defaulted on their services

      I purchased a 6-year warranty program from Complete Care Home Warranty a year ago and have been trying to contact them for about 9 to 10 months about items that need fixed or looked at. Now when I get online and type my Zip code in it tells me they don't even take care of my area. I paid over $2600 for this warranty and expect something in return if I have an issue that is covered under the warranty. In March they answered my call but now the calls don't even go through. I need help please. I either want them to take care of their responsibility or I want a full refund.PLEASE HELP ME>>>
