I bought a 3 year policy. I have called 8x for a drainage issue on my main bathroom sink. I have called each plumbing company they provided. I made 5 appointments with the companies they provided. Each one of them canceled or didn't show up. I reschedule each time, but they just didn't show up. The company has not provided any repairs under my policy and I am 18 months into my policy period, and they have yet to perform a repair. I really hope you follow up with the ** office in ******** as these people have been collecting monthly premiums from a lot of people and they aren't even in business. The bottom line is this company has been stealing my money every month for the past year. If there's anyway possible you can have them issue me a complete refund from the start of my so called policy it would be appreciated. They should be arrested for fraud.

I paid this company $1,800 for a 6 year contract upfront. They stopped paying claims more than 3 months ago. They owed me $200 for a claim from June. I called multiple times their customer service line and they just give me all kind of excuses. The last time I spoke with a representative was 10/04/2022. I called today 10/06/2022 and their phone number no longer works. I would like a refund for the $1,800 I paid, policy # *********. You don't answer phone calls or emails. You stopped paying claims and paying the technicians. Fourth, you didn't notify your customers you changed your phone number if you did, we have no way to reach you. You left us in the dark with a fully paid contract and no coverage. How can you say we are not entitled to a full refund for a policy that no longer exists? I believe we have been victims of a scam, since the company has gone under and we have no coverage.]

I paid for a 6 year home warranty policy through this company 11/6/21-11/6/27. This cost $325/year ($1950) total. The person who sold me the claim was ***************************. I filed an online claim 9/6/22 for part of my AC and received no response after several weeks. I contacted a "representative" on 9/21/22 using the phone number on their website and was told they are back upped but would get to my claim as soon as possible. They suggested I go ahead and submit an estimate for the work which I did on 9/21/22 and still have received no response either by email or through my online account. I tried to call their number today and the phone number is no longer working. I contacted the BBB who suggested I file a formal complaint.Business Response

I paid for the policy 11/6/21-11/6/27 (6 years) at a "discounted" price from the salesperson at $325/year. That is essentially $27/month. We have used 15 months (through the end of January 2023). Prorated unused expense should calculate to approximately $1539. Please confirm how they arrive at a refund of $900. I believe I am entitled to more than what you are saying I should expect.

I filed this claim on 09-26-22 @ 1:00PM EST or a ******* fridge. The codes (40E and 22E) say it's a cooling fan problem. My contract says I should be contacted in 48 hours by a service person that it has been dispatched to. I received an email stating this at 1:06 PM.. I've had no response. I called today @ 10:37AM and spoke to *******. She said it had not yet been dispatched but because of the timeline I should be on the priority list. NO CLAIM was never denied!!!! They owe me a $225.00 reimbursement check from a approved claim since March. They said the check was in the mail when I called back. Check never arrived. Supervisor would not call me back. And they never sent anyone out on two other claims I've had. NO contractor was ever sent. I've been trying for over a month to contact them by email or phone. No one answers the phone or will respond to email. How have they been contacting the BBB.

Bought 3 yrs home warranty approx March 30,2022 filed first claim *** when AC quit. After about 3 wks of ****** degree temps they finally sent someone out who ended up coming 3 times and could not figure out the issue so I had to call my personal HAVAC *** who fixed it immediately. They agreed to give me about 1/2 of what I paid which was $150 and it is now 26 Sept and I still have nothing.(I did everything they asked). About Aug 3, I filed claim for garbage disposal. They sent technician out to survey issue but have never authorized them to do the repair. I have made numerous calls and emails but no one will respond to anything. Customer Serv. always says there is no one avail. to speak with and tell me the email but no answers to anything. I have requested in writing to cancel my plan...no response. I think this company is a complete SCAM!!!! What more do I do. I get not reply, nothing has been fixed and I spent over $1K for a 3 years plan and they just ran with my money. What more can I do? This company should be arrested and made to refund all the of money they have stolen and pay for all the repairs that have left unhandled. I have attached Warranty and both claims. As you see this has been more than 6 months and nothing has been done. They only stated they were refunding my money on BBB website to make themselves look good. I herewith, would like to file a new claim with the BBB or re-open the old claim. These people at Complete are Home Warranty are a complete SCAM and had no intention of returning any monies to me. Please see below email where the acknowledged my cancellation on Oct. 12, 2022 but nothing since. The BBB Complaint is Complaint ********. BBB Please re-open this complaint. These people do not need to be in business.

I filed a claim back in May and was told that I would be issued a check within the next 6 weeks to help cover the cost of obtaining a new appliance. We are now at the end of September and still no check. Each time I call, I'm told that the supervisor has to handle this and they don't know when she'll be back. I asked the representative if she was the only supervisor and was told that she was. I have called three times and each time i was brushed off. Overall, I spent $60 for the service call only for the contractor to diagnose my microwave based on emails. No one ever came out to see if it could be fixed so I feel like I wasted $60 that I want back in addition to my claim check.Business Response
